Scott Smith, the bass player, had a boating accident near the San Francisco Bay Area. His body was never recovered. It was a couple of years ago.

What a great band. Too bad they go so screwed in the nineties. They had a totally unique sound and this song got played at 4:59 pm every Friday on every radio station throughout the world. Kudos to Mike still nailing those highs perfectly. RIP Scott Smith.
