I found a couple of other things out right after the post. After UF just roll the stick to F+punch and it will come out every time. You can also jump and buffer the jump b4 you land then do your desired move which is useful if you're intending a jump in. OK I think that does it. :-)
After the TK motion hit an additional UF+punch for Akuma's air fireball. The added input will go in right as you're leaving the ground. After you get the timing remove that extra input and replace with a slight holding of UF b4 hitting punch. Hope that helps someone. Keep playing L8r

So I resort to feinting the jab TK (regular input not negative edge) - way less efficient - but still combos.
@ieodksnw787 If you are using a stick then its strictly timing and practice. If you are using pad same deal but I recommend macroing a 3P button. I'm actually surprised you can do FFF with a jab TK feint.
@ieodksnw787 TK's do come into play with SJC's. In regards to a SJ BK after a Seismo if you are missing it means you are doing it too slow. During the Seismo animation input the super jump and then do the BK input. Seismo chaining is all about timing. Do the Seismo motion and end in up+P.
1. So chaining seismo, by "end in up+P", you mean buffer the down command of the SJ. After up+P I go directly into another seismo command?
2. For BK after Seismo is there any way to buffer the BK into a SJ - like in the video the instant BKs? cuz I find myself mashing SJ alot (up down), I'm surprised I haven't broken my stick yet.
@ieodksnw787 1. You already buffer the super jump when doing another seismo bcs its forward, down, down forward+P. The down is already registered as part of the SJ command so when you end in up or up forward a super jump comes out. You just don't press punch until your joystick is in the up or up forward direction.
2. Just buffer the down, up/up forward/up back motion during the animation of Seismo. The games registers that you've inputted the SJ motion already so there's no need to mash it.

Adon, where so much of his game relies on air jaguar kicks, yet he cant do instant TK, because his input is the opposite. D,DB,B and you have to either jump neutral or forward, so you cant do the whole input (D,DB,B,BU)
@TheRealJethuty I don't recall Adon being able to do air Jaguar Kicks jumping backwards. Pretty sure he has to do it jumping forwards hence why he has to do the TK motion as 2149+K the same reasons as why Cammy can't do TK normal CS backwards. Correct me if I'm wrong though since I've only briefly played with Adon.

@TheRealJethuty It sounds like you're misunderstanding TK's altogether because it doesn't matter if the motion is QCB. TK's are just buffering in the special motion prior to the jump to get it as low to the ground as possible. Cammy's CS and Viper's BK's are QCB motions and can be TK'd. Cammy just can't TK a normal CS backwards. Adon can TK by ending in up or upforward so he can TK by doing 2148+K or 2149+K.
Great vid! It would however of been worth mentioning that TK specials have diffrent timeing. For instance Ryu, Ken, Akuma and goukens instant air tatsu can be tiger kneed but the timing for the button press is diffrent from Viper or cammy and is alot harder to do.
I cannot do it even close to consistenly, however with cammy it is automatic and dead easy.
Any tips on getting the timing down would be great.
Is Makoto's instant air axe kick just the tiger knee motion like Cammy's Cannon Spike? Can you only do it with light kick? So Kara cancelling can theoretically be done with any move if you are fast enough as it is just cancelling a normal with a special or throw before the hitbox becomes active?
@TheCape Unfortunately no, the move must have a certain amount of start up frames. Most command normals are slower than others so they are mainly used.
In terms of kara cancellable normals (not normal karas, ones that can be cancelled into specials/supers through most of their startup and sometimes of active frames) here's the list I know:
Sagat: forward+lk, forward+hk.
E. Honda: DF+hk (his stomp overhead)
C. Viper: far.hp
Also worth noting that Sagat's forward+lk can be cancelled into an EX focus even on whiff. I don't know any other normals with this ability.
@mgrimhammer Whats also fun is Goukens kara focus, which is done the same, just FA instead of throw. Pretty much any character that doesn't have a medium button kara throw can do them(maybe they can too, but I sure can't do it^^)
@helgenx That is not a SJC. He is showing viper's instant air burn kick. The reason you have to hold down for a second first is to get rid of accidentally inputting a superjump when you do the tiger knee motion. This enables you to instantly do a burn kick from a normal jump which can be done alot quicker and alot lower to the ground than the superjump burnkick.
@helgenx SJC is a tiger knee motion. I am explaining buffering and TK motion for a build up to help explain how to do the motion for SJC in the final part of this chapter.
You can also kara cancel the raging demon and demon armageddon for Akuma, fairly simple and they can be useful if they are used in the right situation.
Juri has a kara throw with her standing strong (medium punch). I think she can also use her roundhouse, but I find that the strong version gives her more distance and it's much more comfortable on the fingers since the hand position is very natural.

Juri's kara throw is far standing mp~throw. And it's a preety decent one. Doesn't have as much range as Ken's kara, but it's still preety good.

@MokiSenpai Honda can cancel it into any special. The timing on the headbutt cancel is tricky though.

I don't know where you're from, but where I'm from, that's called a super jump cancel (SJC.)

@helgenx I think he knows its a SJC. He is just explaining the TK motion, which is used to perform the SJC.

@helgenx That is not a SJC. He is showing viper's instant air burn kick. The reason you have to hold down for a second first is to get rid of accidentally inputting a superjump when you do the tiger knee motion. This enables you to instantly do a burn kick from a normal jump which can be done alot quicker and alot lower to the ground than the superjump burnkick.

You can also kara cancel the raging demon and demon armageddon for Akuma, fairly simple and they can be useful if they are used in the right situation.

Juri has a kara throw with her standing strong (medium punch). I think she can also use her roundhouse, but I find that the strong version gives her more distance and it's much more comfortable on the fingers since the hand position is very natural.
