  • I wiisdh there was a way to sue the bullies and their parents.....for everything they own!!!!

  • @Chicagojerry44 I understand your frustration. Are you a new viewer? If so, welcome to the STEW CREW!

    Much Love & Respect,

    JB

  • so i'm 15 and i dont want to live any more..

i have felt this way for over 3 years and nobody knows...

i am bullied by 10+ people per day this includes all kinds of abuse...

i didnt do anything to deserve this so why me??

over the last few years my thoughts of the world have changed dramatically cant someone.. anybody help me?? thank you. P.S i am very physically strong for my age could this be the reason why i can fight but when it's more than 3v1 you dont really have any chance..

  • @donkyheads2 You should definitely contact one or more of those bullying support organizations mentioned. That's why this video was made. Those groups offer help to guys and girls in your situation. :)

  • @donkyheads2 Hello. How are things going for you? If you need someone to talk to I would be glad to do it. I know how you feel. I was bullied too. I'm going to be attending law school soon. Maybe you could give me some suggestions on some laws that I'm going to try to get passed against bullying. If you want to. I want you to know that the most successful people were bullied. I know that doesn't make your pain better but you are so special and so amazing. Please contact me.

  • @donkyheads2 move to canada

  • @JohnBasedow1 Thanks again. It's really appreciated. I will :)

  • And from an adults perspective - nothing is that humiliating that we can't feel for kids feeling that there's no way out from the humilation. Believe me, we've heard and seen a lot - no attempted humiliation or bullying will make a lot of us adults look at you in .

the same light as bullies do. You're the victims. You guys go talk to people like John, or school counselors, anybody like that. Don't hold it all in. That's what the abusers & bullies WANT you to do to keep U under their power

  • Good man John. When I was young, I guess I was just too physically strong to be bullied. And all the HS seniors knew me, as well as the Kung Fu Club, so I was all set.

Yet even then I had to kick some ass to keep the bullies off me. But hearing about these kids is truly sad. The cyber bullying has got to stop, but even more than that - no matter how a kid is humiliated, they should never feel like they have to commit suicide. Nothing is that bad where a kid has to do that.

  • @Upritebass You're right...nothing should lead someone to feeling so trapped that they believe suicide is the only escape. Thanks for your post. I'm glad you agree about cyber bullying.

  • @JohnBasedow1

There needs to be more people like you in the world. I can't even begin to explain what happened to me being bullied. It stopped about a year or so ago, but I've felt pretty empty. It's the equivalent of trying to fill an empty hole with things that don't fit inside of it, as my childhood was near-ruined. I was bullied from 2nd grade until 9th-10th grade. I'm in the 11th grade now- a teacher helps me a lot.

Thank you for the encouraging video, good to know someone would do this :)

  • @wolflover1994 I'm glad my video is able to help you. Bullies suck but it's great to know you now have a teacher who is helping you out. You are a survivor & will achieve greatness beyond what any of those who bully you will probably ever see. Don't let negative people like that steal your joy or cause you to doubt yourself. Keep me updated on all your accomplishments. Success is the best revenge & a way turn a negative situation into a positive one. :)

  • O ya

  • @marcfuller9727 Glad you liked!

  • Awesome video video JB, and wonderful measage....It shows not matter the obsticals in your path, you can overcome them, even if its one step at a time. And Im gonna favorite this video cause of that measage. I for years dealt with bullies and find people can be cruel, but with a little motivation insperation of dreams, you can go far, I've found bullies to be leeches, parasights even....they just wanna leech on to others to avoid their own faults and problems. Try make themselves feel better.

  • @lowbust Thanks buddy. Keep spreading positivity. :)

  • @JohnBasedow1 Totally man

  • I dealt with a major cyber harrassment issue in July and August, the reason is that I have a mental disorder which some think makes me look a loser. What the fuck is this world coming to? We have all these people getting harrassed to their deathes because of being gay or autistic. YouTube should improve safety dramactically, because blocking them wasn't enough for me. Thanks, John, for the video! :)

  • @JakeTV370 Glad it helped you a bit. Thanks for your story. Things will get better. Try to do something positive for yourself each day & achieve whatever goals you have. You'll see how much better you feel & how many more people respect you when you hold your head high.

  • Awesome video John. You know you deserve to be at the top here on Youtube. The world needs more people like you.

  • @ascaron1234 That comment makes my day. I need all the help I can get so please tell all your friends about this vid & channel. Thanks buddy. :)

  • Good Video John.

  • @Taapertajaankka u ass

  • @deanx1forlive I see you already know what type of person writes a comment like that. Good call.

  • @Taapertajaankka you your not nice

  • @Taapertajaankka Actually, you're a loser for saying that.

These kids lost their lives. You really think calling them a loser is funny?

  • @rubentsantos It's very sad that people can be so negative. Thanks for posting.

  • @Taapertajaankka Why are you here?

  • @Taapertajaankka You know, I was going to delete your awful comment because I don't like spreading negativity, but then I thought it would be better to leave it. That would show everyone exactly the type of person you are. God Bless!

  • GO JOHN !!!I LOVE WHAT U ARE DOING!!! AND SAYING!!! THANKS FOR YOUR LOVE AND CARING ABOUT ALL OF US..!! SEE U IN MAY..JAN

  • @Huey994 Thanks!

  • @ilsessogattino Yep, it's time to stop encouraging others to spread negativity.

  • I'm a bully and I feel bad now!

  • @ImsoUhoez You can always change...and then you'll feel better again. :)

  • @JohnBasedow1 true indeed. good video man!

  • Dude, this video, A plus. So sweet of you man. BTW Congrats on your recent speedy increase in subscribers. :)

  • @Edwardodude Thanks Edwardo! Much L & R back at ya!

  • i wish we had this type of info in my days as a kid, it does make a big diference. is the reason.why i have a rough personality. now, and is hard to be social w/ people!

  • @ortnel Since you recognize that, you can change it. Thanks for the nice words.

  • I'm not a big fan of teenagers over all because of some of this crap, but you do present a good point, I find it funny how it's never a parenting problem(sarcasm) but it frequently is...either the children aren't getting the right attention or not enough

  • @ThePhantomLion Oh, it's quite often a parenting problem to begin with. Thanks for the honest comment.

  • @JohnBasedow1 I've been bullied and for a while I was also quite the bully myself, and looking back the source of all that mostly came from inadequate parenting

  • Believe it or not I was bullied as a child. I know the hurt and hopelessness that a lot of these kids feel. Just try to be strong and know that things can and will change. John has shared some great links. Please Please Please take advantage of them and help you help yourself guys.

    Jus Riley

  • @OhYesWeDid09 Thanks Jus. You da man! :)

  • you are in my cool box please can i get a shotout

  • @TheHellChannel1 Already have you in line for one, my friend.

  • I read about that homosexual guy in the paper i thought that was well harsh and an invasion of privacy

  • @pcgamerguy1234 Yes, to say the least.

  • Great message, John. I'm pretty sure everyone in the world has been bullied at some point in their lives. Like you said, "it gets better." I am the middle child of five boys & we've dished AND received our fair share of bullying. It's pretty much a phase in our lives until we reach a level of security and maturity to overcome it. I always say, overcoming adversity builds character. Regardless of the level of harassment or hatred, no one, and I mean NO ONE, is worth taking your own life. Cheers.

  • @ScottKinmartinTV Thanks for the comment, Mr. S. You're right. Dealing with adversity should make you better. There are a lot of horrible people out there & we all have to find a way to rise above them.

  • John, you're an amazing person.

  • @718Digital I appreciate the kind words. :)

  • It makes me sad to think that people can belittle each other so much that a person feels death is the only escape. I was bullied but luckily I had amazing friends to help me through it. Thank you John for speaking out for these kids. No one should ever have to kill themselves or feel pushed to because someone else is so insecure in themselves that they take it out on someone the see as "weaker" When the bullied are far stronger. <3

  • @kinniefire Well said Miss K. :)

  • Well said!!! Very Good Video!!!

  • @Rocket1232123 Thanks! Much love & respect to you, my friend!

  • @JohnBasedow1 urwelcome! And HEre is my New Channel to regain Partnership!

  • suicide is just sad in general, were i live its was like the cool thing to do in teh mid to late 90s its been a while but i think it was 10-15 kids who died and over 200 who tried all in teh years 96-97, in south boston thats big for a town our sizei knew of all the kids that died but only 1 i knew good. But almost everyone of my freinds tried it. I never have it jsut seems pointless to me i was ppicked on bad in middle, i never even made it out i quit in 8th grade at age 16. But death was..

  • Awesome awareness, John. All great points. It's unfortunate the impact others... even strangers can make on people, especially kids. By the same token, as you expressed here, there are positive influences that can counter that. Insecurity is a bitch. The bullies are one big mass of insecurity and how dare they deflect their own fears by negatively affecting everyone else. Thanks for posting and sharing the resources!

  • @annspade Such an insightful comment as usual, Miss A! I hope the video helps a lot of people. Please share it wherever you can. :)

  • great video you are the best JB. MUCH MOVE AND RESPECT! -Pat

  • Excellent video! Did you see shay's vlog the other day when he was talking to his kids about bullying? YouTube banding together on this!! Love it!!

  • @LaneVid At the end of Shay's video, he posted the logo of the "It Gets Better Project" That was great of him to do.

  • @JulieVlogs The "It Gets Better Project" has a great message. They're doing good work. :)

  • @LaneVid Thanks buddy. No, I missed Shay's vid. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the referral & kind words!

  • "No one has the right to make you feel inferior without your consent." Eleanor Roosevelt

  • @deloreanfan81 Amen!

  • Can I just add (as someone who was bulled everyday at school as a kid) that it's not just those who are being bullied that should get help to deal with it. Parents & school counselor/teachers need to realize if you see kid or student who IS the bully they need help too. If they think it's okay to act that way towards another person, step up tell them they need help, not just that they need to stop picking on another student - because it won't stop, they'll just find someone new to torment.

  • @JennNOVA1 You are right about parents & teachers needing to be more aware & present when it comes to bullying. Good post.

  • Awww John I'm so glad you talked about this, you say very motivating and uplifting things and I'm glad everyone gets to hear them. You are awesome xoxo

  • @exoticjess Love You! :)

  • @JohnBasedow1 Oh it did!!Thanks, you were very talkative, like you wanted to bash the trolls heads in the wall, lol!

  • Great video, you are a awesome person.

  • @bluebjorn76 Much appreciated!

  • Today I was thinking these guys who comitted suicide because of bullying. It kinda got to me because I was bullied even though I'm straight ( thanks for mentioning that btw). Later I went to the store and the guy in line ahead of me was "different". After he left the bagger said he did not know if that was a guy or a girl asa a joke. I could have punched him right there I was so mad. I thought that I would have appreciated if someone would have stuck up for me when I was bullied.

  • @bibbeny Part 2: So that's what I did. I spoke up. Then Told the manager what was said. The victim may never know what I did, he does not have to. I don't need a pat on the back either. But if people who see bullying and not speak up, you are part of the problem. Your silence says it's okay to treat people badly. BTW after I spoke to the store manager this guy was immeadiately summoned to the office for a as chewing.

  • @bibbeny Part 3: I was bullied. Not for being gay. But because I was afriad and taught by my parents' religeon to be passive and meak. And I tried to commit suicide because of it. It took a long time for it to get better, but it did get better. I have done everything that I dreamed of adventure wise, climbed mountains, skiied, skydive, body surfed. I sang in front of large audiences who stood and clapped afterward. I have sang with pros overseas. I went to several different countries.

  • @bibbeny PArt 4; It got better! There are times that will be tough, hell, I'm going through a tough one now. That's life, up and down, Decide now how will you deal with life. How will you stand and make your life better. What ever you do do it well. Be the best "you" you can be. Know also that most bullies don't do well in life. They will work for you if you plan for it. Living, and living well is the best revenge. And when it's your turn to defend someone, do it! Knowing it gets better.

  • @bibbeny @ John, Sorry to have Hi-jacked your channel and video. I hate bullies. I wish I could travel back in time and tell the younger me how to handle such things. This is the closest I can come to doing that. Thanks John!

  • @bibbeny Wow...that's A LOT of posts. Nice job helping out that guy in the store, even if he may never know what you did. You're right about being the "best you you can be" & that "living well is the best revenge". :)

  • Great Video..Thanks!
