@34027 thanks mate - sorry but cannot answer your question as not publicising the location. Have previously given away isolated spots only to have photographers with tripods crashing around turning up at the last minute totally ignoring my presence when trying to do a long sound recording - the curse of the invisible videographer
@violinings thanks yes was truly a wonderful experience - weather conditions apart from being very cold were absolutely perfect for carrying the sound south
@NapierNimbus Yes it was a bit chilly that day. I'm proud to say that I was lucky in being able to travel on that train from Kings Cross to York and back. Such a great atmosphere on board, boosted by seeing so many people at the lineside :)
@violinings excellent stuff! I had got to that night location 2 hours in advance well wrapped up to get lots of practice shots to be sure I was ready for when RSG appeared. I am told RSG was given the up main on the return down Stoke Bank - that would be a real treat having her opening the taps down there
@NapierNimbus The practice shots certainly helped. Yes we were. I have it down that we averaged about 92mph between Grantham and Peterborough. I was tired and quite cold as the heating wasn't working, so I hope my maths were correct!

Another great collection. Loved the Tawny owl after the Adelante passing! Not sure I like the silver on the Deltic though.
