The "king" you speak of is the Anti-Christ, as mentioned by someone in part 1. Everything happening now are the "birth pains" leading up to the Rapture of the Church. I don't know what your beliefs are in this area, but there are plenty of scriptures to back that up. Either way, I wouldn't want to be here during those 7 years. Talk about hell on Earth!

I haven't gotten to part 3 yet, but everything you are describing and am sure you will describe in part 3 is all foretold in the Old Testament prophecies 2000 years ago. One prophecy that just happened (happening now) is the EU/UN almost making East Jerusalem the future capital of a future Palestinian state. I don't believe God will let that actually happen though. A lot of this will happen during the 7 year Tribulation/Great Tribulation period right b4 Christ comes back to Earth.

Salbuchi is very good. I dont agree with the dollar declining further or much further than the current level though. I think the dollar will soon enter a phase of massive appreciation versus other currencies and this will accelerate the transition towards the SDR as a global reserve currency.

Good question. I think the global deflationary forces which will combine with a strengthening USD will draw money away from most asset classes ( stocks, commodities) and towards government bonds.

I see this as the next broad trend emerging within the first half of 2010. Maybe in 3 or four months to be more exact.

I think the next "financial crisis" will be triggered by an noticable escalation in the middle east or similar. Then all the sove3reign problems, strong deflation etc should emerge.
