and I have a question, do you know how much body fat a girl should have to look toned and fit but keeping it healthy?? I´ve always been between a 16 and 20% ( well, when I was pregnant I got 30% body fat, ups!). I´ve heard that you can lower your body fat to 10% and your body will be fine and function right, is that correct?.

omg that looks so good. i went out to eat yesterday and had a vegetarian fajita in a mexican restaurant. it was a lot of food to eat (i don't eat a lot...usually every three hours i eat a snack) but i have the habbit of eating everything when i'm at a restaurant even if i'm full (i take breaks) and it took me like an hour to finish it. does that happen to you or you take the food to go or what do i do? just take it to go in the first place and eat it throughut the day?
