Strangely enough though, Date Masamune sheltered Sanada Yukimura's children soon after Yukimura's death and his direct descendants still live in Miyagi, the Date domain in the feudal era. Miyagi prefecture was badly affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.

Masamune and Yukimura are said to be the youngest generation in the Warring period. The reason Yukimura is always an adult is he is a hero in these Sengoku beat-'em-up action games along with Zhao Yun in the Dynasty Warriors. Both Zhao Yun and Yukimura have been seen to be soldiers worth a hundred men and thus symbolize these games.

Weren't they diferent in years old? Yukimura was already a general (more than 30 years, I guess), and Masamune just a kid (or a teenager)?
