Calcutta 16 - Park Street and Elliot Road post office areas. roughly the region between mullick bazaar Xing upto Moulali and extending upto park street metro station. My oldest memory of Cal 16 - way back in 1986 - riding tram 21 or 22 from park circus to elliot road Bata. There was also tram 25 from gariahat tram depot...but then that was to be avoided as there would be no available seats from park circus.
