Yea the point of the game is pvp, but I'd love for it to be seemingly integrated, so you're not forced to level to the maximum level in more peaceful areas, and only fight the opposing faction as an end game feature and item grind.
i hope they can somewhat integrate l2 pvp into it...the difference is in l2 you pick your enemies off expereinces, here your enemy is picked for you like WoW. But in WoW you can be safe with instances, in L2 everyone is in the same world, your enemies might be where you want to exp, if they are you will have to fight them for the spot...i hope the game is like that
You and me both, however a dilemma arises since it's a RvR game, and thus you can't really fight your forced allies.
I can already see most major clans having forces on both the Elyos and Asmodean sides to 'solve' such conflicts easily. Also Elyos-Asmodean allies etc. Hope they thought this aspect through well enough.
I do hope they make the environment rewarding enough to be worth the exposure to all the dangers and drawbacks that arise from such an open and saturated pvp area even early on.
The whole abyss leveling concept also promotes parties from the viewpoint of safety apart from the usual greater reward system, which is great as well.
