Does it work PROPERLY with cheatengine 5.6.1, because when I try to do it and gamble on items with Gheed and I buy an item, my gold amount reaches 0. I set my gold value to like 500,000 and buy something thats 70,000, wtf!?

great video, but i cant seem to get this to work. Ive done this before on diablo2, but that may be on an earlier version. It is quite possible that the newest patch (1.12) made it much more diffuclt to edit money.

I finally was able to increase my money after much fiddling around with the editor, (search for unknown, drop one gold, search for decreased, like 20 times) and there seemed to be many values for gold. One seemed to be 1X your gold (the accual amount) one seemed to be 256x your

(and another also was x256) and there were several more that were way higher than your amount of gold (x1014 mabie?). When I finally got it to work and went to save, the game crashed and an error box that read "We've got a big problem here" or similar poped up.

HAs anyone else experenced this?

Ok, I think ive got it figured it out.

One of the three um, thingies, that refer to gold is the exact value. One is x256. One is x65791. Lemme just test it.....

you use d2 without cd

that has been patched in v1.12

so just uninstal d2loader and take the normal diablo

in patch 1.12 you can play without cd, you dont need d2loader

(big problem here is from d2 loader)

start with searchinf for a value that is quite rare

1 and 0 are used a lot, so try to use for example 542

then drop somme gold, but drop more then one, then take it back and search for startvalue

if you keep doing this it goes faster

but most people make the mistake:

1 adress let it look like you have 99999 gold but you havent that much

ou must change the right adress

or if you dont know what one change them all
