This Runtime Error was caused by the problems below,

Problem: Not enough Virtual memory.

Solution: increase virtual memory in (control Pannel)"System"- Advanced - Virtual memory. Source of Problem located by the Log files found by using "Disk Clean up" app. to open this file on Disk Cleaner details, Right Click, Click Open With, (Word Pad) Results showed > this on my next post.

I am a Computer Nerd without Glasses. (lmao) I had this Problem Several days ago, but it was corrected, when I Uninstalled MS Visual c ++ and reinstalled it. Yes, I am a Long time Gammer.. and the thing is, the Corrupted files in the old version of "c ++" holds (in my opinion) files that stopped other files from running by denying runtime permission to thoes files that the games needs, to be able to function. MS Visual c ++ studios helps Programs run better visual displays on ALL programs. The Main issue is NOT ENOUGH MEMORY.

Actually as being a programmer runtime error occurs in linking process........ it means that your swat.exe file had some problems with run time libraries before the exe was made. So You cannot fix it. Try installing other versions
