well, it depends on what you want to do with it and how much you want to spend.
Whatever you do, don't get an omnidirectional headset - make sure it's cardioid or super cardioid.
Shure make a couple of good systems, starting from an AU$500 rig with a WH-20 dynamic cardioid to an AU$1400 one with a WH-30 electret condensor.
If I had the money I would put out for a Shure SHR-BETA54. It's the headworn version of the Beta 58 mic. That's professional level.
