I never understood how the Trotters, Boycie and Abdul managed to avoid prison. It might have been a sting to implicate Slater, but surely their involvement would have come out in court. It's almost as if the Judicary were so happy they'd got the bent copper, all else was forgiven and forgotten!

One thing that did annoy me about this sitcom, and the end of a lot of episodes they always earnt quite a few quid, and this episode is no different. How the fuck does Del managed to ignorantly lose all the thousands of pounds he gets so easily?

Because he deals with people who are just as crafty as he is and he gets taken advantage of as much as he takes advantage of others. There was another TV show I used to watch called Bread where the whole family was like that, doing whatever it took to stay one step ahead of the landlord and the law and they frequently came out worse than when they started as well.

Great episode, as usual, and Boycie finally got what he deserved, he always was a crafty cunt.

But also, I swear this isn't the last we see Roy, Del isn't with Raquel yet, and there was an episode when we found out Roy was with Raquel first, yet he gets arrested here.

And i'm definitely sure out of the 3 times i've seen that episode, it has no real reference to this one,........

@Hysteria98 Slater returns in the 1991 episode "the class of 64" where he organises a school reunion with del boy and co, and is later discovered to be raquel's husband. It's a pretty good one, I would recommend you see it.

that's the only time we saw the fourth wall of the trotters flat. It's quite surreal seeing it. Usually that's where the cameras are. And that's the last time we see that wallpaper, in 'from prussi with love, the've had the place redecorated.

Ending was just gutting, remember watching the first time around lol..

no matter.. it was 6k at the end of the day. Del finds out Boycie didn't give him micky mouse money and he remains friends.
