  • Amazing..... Obama and his Puppeteer George Sorros the great Short Seller are laughing at all of us....

Sorros told you what he would do.........and ou voted his appentice in the highest office

  • The Americans love to bend over and take it like a Yatch!

  • Why am I thinking of Jim Fisk and Jay Gould (not the late professor) when I see this guy?

  • lol this pretty good info

  • hang Cramer and the other monsters upside down by the nuts until they tell us where ALL THE MONEY IS

they are enemy COMbatants. DO WHAT IT TAKES. US government can do anything it wants, and these economic terrorists are INFINITELY worse than any bin Laden/Omar/Yusef....name your penny ante monster: Cramer etal are worse, by far, than all of them combined. Daily Kos, DemoUnderground/Deep Capture are providing some insight into this.

Gabi Hayes here, as a result of your DU post, Oil

  • Hi Gabi, thanks for the comments. I totally agree. I've been studying Deep Capture for the past two days and feel another video coming on.

  • why are you mad at cramer? ya he did some bad things when he was a hedge fund manager, but hes not anymore and hes saying what he did in an effort to help the little guy now, and do you honsestly beleive theives are worse then murderers?

  • If I recall my robber baron history, Jim Fisk and Jay Gould also tried to "go straight" now and then when the whim struck them. Sorry, but once someone has been on the dark side I tend not to trust anything coming from them, and nothing Cramer said on Stewart's show convinced me otherwise.

  • Uh, where in this video does it say I believe thieves are worse than murderers?

Cramer has been using his show to help his criminal Hedge Fund gang pump and dump stocks for years. Isn't it a little late to "help the little guy now?"

Your obtuseness where Jim Cramer is concerned has been duly noted. Hopefully, Jon Stewart opened a few eyes to his criminal behavior.

  • when i spoke about the murder thing i was replying to wtfwt333

and you do know hedgefund hes been in charge of since his show began is a charity right?

unfortunatley i missed the jon stewart show that cramer was on, i meant to watch it even though im not a big john stewart fan, he has his moments but for the most part i just dont think hes very funny

  • The money doesn't exist. It never did exist. That's the whole point of stock manipulation.

  • "US government can do anything it wants,...." That is a scary pronouncement. Do you really mean that in this context?

  • legal Short selling is OK if large short positions 5%+ are filed for investors to see who is short.

  • I have no objection to normal short selling, done by the rules.

What's alluded to in Cramer's own words though, is naked short selling, combined with illegal stock manipulation that I was fool enough to imagine had been reined in, by and large since the creation of the SEC.

It's becoming clear that has not been the case for some time now.

  • Google the video "Phantom Shares" ... a documentary on naked short selling and the billions of fake shares floating around the market, unsettled. It's a fascinating but very depressing look at what's really going on. There's a gang of Hedge Funds who have stolen a great deal of wealth from thousands of corporations and their investors. The mortgage problem is only a part of the larger crimes committed by these thieves.

  • Agreed that the "Phantom Shares" program was unsettling, though possibly over-argued, or so I felt.

After all, the example given of buying over 100% of existing shares was in the context of a penny stock transaction in a failed issue for a sum of about $5,000.

I'd like to see a presentation that was not putting entertainment and emotional value ahead of detailed analysis and maintenance of scale and perspective. Billions are lost due to inefficiency too, after all.

  • Excellent posting. Regulation should mean protecting people who are creating actual wealth and jobs from financial slight of hand artists who have no problem destroying wealth if they can make a quick buck no matter how much damage they cause.

  • Jim Crapper, a true Dip Shit....

  • dude you should join DU. :)

  • I've been a member there since 2001. :D
