Unlike most of you, I've operated Gravely, BCS, and David Bradley tractors. BCS stomps DB hands down. Don't get me wrong; DBs are neat but not in the same class. I have several Gravelys and a BCS 853. Gravelys are well-built tractors, and I enjoy using them, but you sure can't buy a new one. Our BCS definitely surpasses the Gravely for tilling and cutting hay and it will pull a Gravely backwards. However, it will be cheaper to fix up a Gravely if you're not planning on using it to make a living.
I'm still using grandpa's 1964 Gravely L-8 and will bet my Porsche 911 against BCS's $50,000 it will out last this brandnew BCS !!! You claim is the best. Please contact me I could use an extra 50 K . A few years of copying another company's ideas ! Such arrogance. Research " planned obsolescence " This ad reminds me of a bully that beats up an old man and thinks he's a tuff guy. Pull out your wallet marketing dept of BCS ; Grandpa's boy would like to make a wager. PLESE CONTACT ME !!!
Seems gravely beat you to it... about 70 years ago, and FAR superior to this POS. Don't bother, pick up and old gravely on craigslist, you'll never look back.
@Dakota9851 It would never happen. The DB would vibrate to pieces , and plus the BCS it is not little by no means.
You keep your Dinosaur . to bad you it's true (You cant teach old folks new tricks) Fortunately there are exceptions)
MrDanoconnor I really have no idea what your talking about because you obviously have not a clue, even though you have never owned one . typical of someone to believe everything you hear moron.
With over 300 available attachments, the BCS tractors aren't even in the same universe as the Gravely L & Commercial 2 wheel tractors. Fact is, any 2 wheel tractor that has a rear mounted engine, and a direct gear drive front end is a copy of a Gravely model L.
As far as being the "BEST" tractor ever built, every company that has ever existed will have to compete for a very far off, distant 2nd place because BCS, David Bradley & the rest aren't even in the same universe as the overbuilt Gravely
@MrDanoconnor The David Bradley equipment was very nice, but if you have ever looked into the options this Tiller has hands down it beat alot of things including the DB.
