No I didn't, but that doesn't prove any point at all. This song is still a very poorly composed song, that only appeals to 13 year old girls and hipsters. It still sings about stupid shit, and uses only four chords (C G Am and F) which do not change at all during the song (rhythmically) therefore it is pretty much like listening to Mary Had a Little Lamb for eight minutes and claiming it is an amazing song just because some attractive singer sing's with a higher voice.

He is a terrible singer. Listen towards the end, he has NO RANGE. NO RANGE AT ALL. I mean holy shit, he struggles to hit mid notes and when he tried to go into, probably high tenor range, his voice sounded like shit. I mean he sings in tune, but that only because it's so damn simple in his song since it doesn't change at all. But his voice is actually sub-par because of his average voice and TERRIBLE range. So no, he sucks at singing.
