I do this at the end of my work out, more reps with less weight. I start with 0 lbs, then add 45lb weights to the dip belt each set.. 5 sets to failure (5th set I hit approximately 6 reps).. i should post a vid too
Form is important, yes. But form is not everything. Someone who handles massive weights with less than perfect form will get much more powerdevelopment than all wimps who talk about muscle contact, and pump... Thats just rediculous shit from people who dont know how one becomes stronger...

@alansjf33 the guy was doing that chest press with all that weight but he is prone to injury he was moving all over the place, his heels should be in the ground forcing the pressure into the ground. lucky he never slipped a disc.
as for his dips, absolutely pathetic, showing off just for youtube viewers, whole point of dips is going down with ur own body weight, strapping weight on does nothing, prob help tricep but it will not train the chest better then if he had no weight.
@OrginalKork Tricep dips you keep your upper body stiff and straight. Chest Dips you lean forward slightly like you would more of a lower bench press. google it to look at some pictures for a better idea of how the Chest Dip looks and how to use proper form.
