  • @supertrooperpolo6 Currently using super pump 250 and its not as good as jack3d, I feel i lose str, focus and reps become lessen, for me only cons in jack i overwork out but ill definitely going buy again and its still #1 pre-workout in BodybuildingCom,

  • @kvn024 personally i like 250, especially the new MAX formula but the only reason why jack3d isnt my top supplement is becasue i feel like it takes my body about 40 minutes to even feel the effects and the effects are great but for me personally they only last about 30 minutes and then i have a huge crash which totally demotivates me.but i mean everyone has different body chemistry so each supp. will work differently for everyone

    Bodybuilding is fun, it is a hobby, and for some its a lifestyle. I have been lifting for close to 20 years now, and trust me when I tell you that at my size, at my strength it doesnt matter how many jabs you throw. I touch you, I grab you...you are done. Hey, anyone can get lucky and drop anyone, but all in all its better to be 6-3 280 lbs than not. p.s. I also took boxing for a few years, but i like my brain the way it is.

  • I do this at the end of my work out, more reps with less weight. I start with 0 lbs, then add 45lb weights to the dip belt each set.. 5 sets to failure (5th set I hit approximately 6 reps).. i should post a vid too

  • Form is important, yes. But form is not everything. Someone who handles massive weights with less than perfect form will get much more powerdevelopment than all wimps who talk about muscle contact, and pump... Thats just rediculous shit from people who dont know how one becomes stronger...

  • @oGGsoGGs True. I notice a lot of comments about "form" on these videos, which is valid in some cases, particularly if you're sculpting and using light weights. But, like you said, it's not everything -- especially when you start tossing big iron around and want to gain power. I say overload that bitch and see what develops!

  • @cleaner1965dave Your only supposed to go down to where your upper arm is parallel with the floor like he is doing. He locks out at the top which is bad but if you go down all the way then you seriously risk injuring yourself.

    for real! I do 3 sets of dips to fail....like 20 or so. but I do them slow and controlled, I dont lock out and I change my angles to include more chest on one and less on the other. This guy is a tool

  • @alansjf33 the guy was doing that chest press with all that weight but he is prone to injury he was moving all over the place, his heels should be in the ground forcing the pressure into the ground. lucky he never slipped a disc.

    as for his dips, absolutely pathetic, showing off just for youtube viewers, whole point of dips is going down with ur own body weight, strapping weight on does nothing, prob help tricep but it will not train the chest better then if he had no weight.

  • @XizelSF With triceps, you lean forward to place less emphasis on other muscles and more on triceps.

  • @OrginalKork Tricep dips you keep your upper body stiff and straight. Chest Dips you lean forward slightly like you would more of a lower bench press. google it to look at some pictures for a better idea of how the Chest Dip looks and how to use proper form.

  • I'm not the best at doing these with a lot of weight.. but without weight I can pump out 30.. but with pull ups I can only do 20, but more one rep max weight and I train them the same lol... very strange.
