Murder have been if this individual have walked calmly and innocent down the street and someone (police or others) have beat him up until death. This is not the fact here. They secured a violent individual that inflicted fractures on police officers. Everything that happened until he was put in the back of the car was not a breach of any law. What happened after that none of U (including me) knows, but if something illegal didn't happen there, U can hardly call this murder.
