@ismat45@ismat45@ismat45 I am not going to go back and forth with you on the war. I have already said that I think that war between Islam and the rest of the world is inevitable. Woman and children die in war, they always do so I would suggest this has nothing to do with the discussion. I do not represent the United States Government.
The point is that you should be able to say these things without fear of attack by either side.
The Dumb Americans, Just realize that 9/11 was 100% a inside job! To invade and destroy other countries. Also, the experiment of mind control is being used through media to make and change the way people think. It's the Illuminati who are behind it. Stop being stupid, Islam is peaceful religion and only religion that can stop the illuminati and the NEW WORLD ORDER! John F. Kennedy was killed because of exposing the truth of secret society (Illuminati). GO see JFK speech on the secret society
@ismat45 What a lying sack of couscous you are! Islam is not a peaceful religion any more that Christianity is. Christianity and Islam are arrayed against each other in battle and have been since Mo published to Quran. Get over it baby. What we are talking about here is freedom of speech. Where do you come down on that?
is it not freedom of speach that will start a conflict, your so stupid in your words, that you have no understanding of the term LIFE... we live for one another, we live for ourselves, it might contradict itself, but life is ontradicting, this man is stupid beucase he uses his freedom of speach for negativity, as i am now in this comment, but how else do i get rhough to that one person?
@louisrose dont eveb know why i commented this video, its full of stupid red knecks like yourself, who are not open minded to the term of life, who just believe what they fucking see becuase they have certain insecurities about certain inanament things, learn to live and love life you sack of shit, and im not talking in the material sense, tbh i hope you wake up, and not wake up to the brainwaSHING SHIT, I WANT YOU TO WAKE THE FUCK UP TO YOU FUCKEN SUBCONCOUS...
@birdybronx I am Bronx boy myself birdy, and an Italian. You are the one who seemingly is unable to compose a complete sentence without resorting to profanity. This would be allowable I suppose if what you wrote was able to be understood and replied to. I know that you didn't go to the same NYC school system that I attended, but try to compose a clear argument and I will attempt to answer it.
@louisrose lol , im not from america, i grew up in a commision houseing estate in MELBOURNE(australia) and its none of this shoot him bullshit, its looking someone straight into the eyes and puting 6 or 7 in them you spastic, i dont need you backround check to understand where your coming frrom, and you can obviously understand my responses when i post them, so dont change the subject of life, learn to understand and appreciate GOOD advice, peace
@birdybronx Birdy, you have not made a single coherent statement since you logged on here. I have no clue what your are saying, except I did understand your last comment saying I do. Try to use the King's English, drop the Aussie slang, and make a short concise clear argument that I might reply to and I will. My argument here is simple. I have the right to say what I wish, and I have the right to defend myself against those who would attempt to do violence to me .
@louisrose ok, sorry, all im saying is, your passing negative energy through this video, you dont understand that by posting this you are hurting people. and yes it is your freedom of speach butdo you really want to for negativity.. or are you just so angry at the world that you feel you need to post something like this
@louisrose i mean, if i were to tell you that i loved you and that you and i were one, you would think im retarded, but then you have noo philosophy in the naturaul law, we are the same, we are not different, but at the same time, we are different and we arent the same, if you look at the bigger picture visually we are the same, if you look at it spiritually we are different, PEACE-AND-BLESSINGS
@birdybronx All of my conclusions are derived from the natural law. I do what I do because I am made is such a way that I want to do these things. I and make think and speak, and therefore I have a right to think and speak. To think and speak causes to physical harm to others and therefore no law made against it or force employed to stop is valid.
Beautifully said, I agree in every word.... well, almost
No-boundaries-freedom-of-speech is a mistake fed by fear of repression :-/
It's like Anarch in the human mind. If we don't free EVERYTHING, soon we'll lose the right of express ourselves. If we repress racism, abusive religions, hate speech and evil in general, we'll lose the right to express everything else. That's just not true, limits don't work that way. The world is not black or white. It's grey, and so should be our laws.
Sir, you should make more videos explaning issues like these. From what I've seen demonstrated here, you are one of the few people I can think of that is capable of putting rational, clear thought ahead of his own emotions first. Even if you never make another video, I still commend you for the level of mature behavior in this one.
In this simple youtuber's opinion, you are woefully underviewed.
@jujurik Well, if you don't like it, then shut up! Take your politics, and you religion, and your ideas, and your feelings and dig a hole. Jump in and cover your self, don't worry someone will always be there to help you. OR speak out and be heard, and allow others to do so as well. The truth will triumph, don't you agree?
@jujurik Pay attention now jujurik.... I said IF you don't like free speech THEN shut up. When you give an opinion you are exercising your right of free speech. One should always have the courage of their convictions nes pa? So if you don't like free speech, obviously you should stop exercising your right of free speech and shut up. Get it? So perhaps you do like free speech after all?
@jujurik jujurik, I know that you are probably old enough to hold a gun and exercise your right of self defense. Therefore, I think it wise to care about you, and explain to you why freedom of speech is important, and why you should desire to exercise it, AND desire that everyone be able to do so without fear.
@louisrose I care much about freedom, yet, if sumone exrcising freedom n hurting others at the same time ...
It's like a man, who try jumping down(exercise freedom =D ) a 1000 storeys of building...lol 1000...
u see..what i mean, u eventually take more n more diadvantages at last ... freedom from what we human want more in This case? , Our free (with no cost ) speech with "cost" at last.., OR Freedom by exercising "Limit" yet still has the freedom =P
@jujurik Excellent argument and I must agree. If I understand what you say, freedom without restraint, in this case freedom of speech, may lead may lead to severe consequences including the loss of the freedom itself.
Nevertheless, in some cases it is essential to speak out, even if others are offended. My demonstration should not be offensive to anyone, as it is not done as a protest, and old bibles, flags and qurans are typically destroyed by fire.
@txpirateandjes What are you fifteen? I was singing the national anthem when you were still crapping your pants. What do you know about being an American or a patriot? Speak up.
@txpirateandjes Grow up "txpirateandies," the man was obviously demonstrating what many, myself included, consider to be one of the pillars of free speech. Calling someone who is CLEARLY an American "not an American" simply because he burned a flag is just about the stupidest thing I've read/seen in a while...and this is YOUTUBE, a place where, to seem especially stupid, one has to try.....
do not confuse the message, with the paper that it is written on. In no way did this man degrade the message of god. in no way did this man confuse the message of god with the paper it is written on. all of you extremists are on the wrong video. Muslim or Christian, your opinion is the same and it does not matter. Religion has nothing to do with burning paper.
Also in this country you should respect your fellow man. I was disrespected because my father died on 9/11 so you can have that right. And you abuse it by doing this. When the founding fathers wrote that amendment this is not what they had in mind. I think you should throw you fat ass in that can as well. Go to hell.
@welickyourwindows I mean no disrespect by this demonstration. You do by your comments. Come see me in Jacksonville, FL and make your comments privately if you are so brave as to do so. I don't know if your Dad was a Firefighter, or a Policeman, or just a two bit stockbroker but if he didn't support the tenants of free speech as expressed in this video the world is better off without him, as it would be without you.
Brilliant video and brilliant demonstration of what it means to be free and to live in a free country. It's the spirit and message that each of those items represents that matters, destroying flag does nothing to diminish what that flag stands for, quite the opposite in fact, the message which appeals to so many within the holy books remains the same whether the book is burned or not, and the spirit of the bill of rights will live on so long as there is one person left who believes in freedom.
this is what makes our country, the United States of America so beautiful. we are granted our rights not as a priviledge of some king but because we are humans. hopefully someday we all regardless of our ethnicities and religions will see this.
@Louis - No. This video is not offensive to me personally because I do not worship the Bible or the Koran. They are mere sacraments of the sacred. I don't worship the Constitution or the flag as some do. They on mere symbols. I thought your presentation was respectful and thought provoking. I believe when we get into a posture of offense, it means we are not walking in the spirit but in the flesh. I find myself walking in the flesh more often than I'd like to admit.
@Louis - There is a freedom that comes with citizenship in the country and then there's freedom that come to us through Christ as a believer. The freedom as a citizen may give us the right to have the freedom of speech and religion, but the freedom that comes from Christ calls us to the freedom to do what is right - the freedom to hold back and not speak or offend even when we don't share the same beliefs.
@CToBM good to see you here CTBM. I do not think you find my demonstration offensive do you? But perhaps some American does or some Muslim. Certainly we do care who we offend if we preach the Gospel in love, but that is another subject.
@louisrose I respect your message, but what i think matters is the intention to provoke and harm other's feelings. You're right if it was their own frustration that drove them to burn a book then it is okay.
Other than that, burning a book, especially with the intention of creating a childish gesture of hate, is far from being a civilized person.
@yuskaisme I am NOT a christian.. That being said I never understood the obession of muslims with the "perfect", noble and untouchable quran and the perfect noble prophet Mohammed.
This itself is some kind of idolytry.
The quran was "received" by a mortal, fallible human (like you and me), rembered by mortal. fallible humans and written down by mortal, fallible humans. A printed quran is just a bunch of printed papers.
If your Allah is real, burning paper doesn't harm him
@zaggy3110 I don't think I said you were, not that I've mentioned you in any post. I'd like to say that it's very ignorant of you to assume that I'm a muslim, where did you get that assumption? You're talking to an atheist. I couldn't careless about what happens to Allah. What I would care about though, is other people's lives.
@yuskaisme Yes we are in total agreement. We always have the freedom to demonstrate and to speak, but it is not always beneficial to do so. Politeness is a virtue that should not be neglected.
@yuskaisme Brilliant, except these are my books. Heine is talking about burning books owned by others. To burn books owned by others is an attack on free speech. To attack those who burn books they own, because they find them unsatisfactory is an attack on free speech. To attack those who speak out against what others have written is an attack on free speech. Go read a book Yuskaisme!
@yuskaisme That was my point precisely. Heine's quote refers to others who burn my books. I have the right to burn my books in protest, just as the shinto priest has the right to burn his body.
Sorry. I gotta disapprove your video responce. Add a burning of the Nazi flag and burn Darwins theory of the origins of species and then I'll Approve. Dont get me wrong, I'm responsible for who sees what on my channel, and I think that the video is incomplete and could be seen as anti-religious. Glad to see somebody with the balls to burn the quran. Christians and Jews havent started riots or beheaded anyone over bible burning.
we have freedom here, i DO NOT AGREE with this idot paster. . . but i do beleive in the right to be a dumb ass!! There r burings of alot of holy books.. but we have that right!! Just like they have a right to flag burn
@4everilast You do agree with me, I am reiterating what you are saying, and am demonstrating. I am not burning any of these in anger, but in response to those who have committed violence. By the way, you should learn to write a concise, grammatically correct paragraph.
hahahaha your god in your own way ???? wow where were you 100 years ago ..LIFE IS NOT JUST DRINKING BEER Im telling you !!
you're goin to hell because whatever was on the bible n on the Quran didn't fit your evil spirit sooner or later ... YOU WILL SEE THE TRUTH N YOU WILL REMEMBER MY COMMENT IN THE JUDGMENT DAY ,, JESUS AND MOHAMED ARE WARNINGS for those who r on EARTH..
@mrA991s Personally I think Islam is a sham and Mohamed a charlatan. Nevertheless in a free society all are free to worship as they see fit, even it means they are worshiping a myth and the buffoon who perpetuates it. Perhaps I am wrong in beliefs, we will see about that on the judgement day.
A charlatan ?? how dare you piece of shit .. say it in front of me n I'll make sure you take the word back by force , this is not like you insult my father or my mum or even me or my whole family ... This is The prophet Mohammed MAY PEACE BE UPON HIM
I would protect him with my soul, my soul worth nothing when it come to defend Mohamed I don't give a shit who's my opponent will be .
u didn't even hear or see the real charlatan yet you're catholic n will be fooled by de charlatan
@mrA991s Born a Catholic, saved a Baptist and enlightened as a Presbyterian. Come down to Jacksonville, FL I am well known there and in the book. Our position is that we will defend free speech by force if necessary and we are always ready to do so. Mohammed (Pity be upon Him) is as deceived as the billions that have blindly followed after him, but we also stand ready to debate peacefully, and see the God of Israel deliver them from their ignorance if it is His will to do so.
What fire has to do with Free speech !! fire don't talk it burn !! not only things but also emotions !!
DON'T tell me you benefit from it . If it was a wood it's okay but it's 1.5 Billion people or maybe more
I don't know you tell me
why you're not talking about my beloved prophet Mohammad nicely what is your point why do hate Muslims for what they believe , n now you talk about respecting people for what are ??
by the way Jesus is not dead If so how come GOD is dead ^_^
@mrA991s "The God is Dead" quote comes from Friedrich Nietzsche the sad little German existentialist who must be pitied even more than the Muslim. Pitied not hated you understand. If someone puts non-dairy creamer in their coffee instead of real cream, I will not hate them because they do it, but I could never respect them for what they are doing or what they believe about non-dairy creamer. Why run after that which is false when that which is true is available to them.
@mrA991s Of course we must respect all people, and the first thing that means is that we will not do violence to them except in self defense. Nevertheless, if though we must respect all people, we must speak the truth as we see it, or ignorance will reign. We should be able to speak what we determine to be the truth without fear of reprisal or violence.
For the most part I have refrained from making theological pronouncements on this page because I wished to focus on free speech.
@mrA991s Burning anything is considered an act of free speech. Free Speech does not cover only verbal speech, but artwork, music and actions. So long as the act does not violate US laws, or endangers others, it is considered protected, and the US Supreme court will stand and defend any man's right to burn any book as a statement against that book, regardless of it's content or use, so long as it is burned safely.
I went into this skeptically because there is usually an anger behind people's intentions. And I'm not really entirely sure if this man is being genuinely from the heart. But watching him talk it out and having all those documents together, seeing them all consumed by flames had an effect on me. Together their end is ash. There is a reason we have freedom of speech, and it's because really there should be no other way to do it.
@FrettingCajarot I assure you I am sincere and my intentions are peaceful. Yet they are peaceful only to the extent that the rights of others are respected. Everyone has the right to strongly disagree, especially in matters of religion, where eternal matters are at stake.
@TheKoolahmed You drooling moron. Come and see us here in Jacksonville, Florida and we will burn one just for you while we instruct you about the benefits freedom of religion and speech.
nice video im using it in a presentation about the principles of the constitution for school as an example of free speech...its a perfect example thanks for the post
@Chickelope555555 All flags are eventually burned, it is the general manner of disposal for worn out ones. My demonstration is not disrespectful, or a protest. Merely factual. Those who would step upon the First Amendment commit a horrible offense to the former American republic, the memory of which the flag represents.
Yes.. they're burned when they're worn out. I understand the whole point. What I don't understand is why you'd burn your own flag? Why wouldn't you burn Mexico's flag? Or Korea's? That is what I find disrespectful.. I would have understood if that flag was old and worn out, but you absolutely could've burned Mexico's! Or would that be much too offensive for them to bear?
@williampan29 Ah yes Will you are certainly welcome to your opinion as I am to mine. But don't you think that it is better to polute the air in this manner than with the smell of blood, and cordite, and lead? So much better to support free speech for all, than war.
@3SAUGAT Well I don't know if I would go that far, especially if the person doing the buring is doing it with mal intent. Still it must be observed that such an act, no matter how offensive, is a non-violent form of protest, and should be responded to in kind. Thanks for your comment.
@louisrose u fat cunt u said to free and burning the quran and the bible is gonna cause more fighting like now u fat bastard and u said freedom to "men" wah bout "women"
@saadpaki96 Yes and lets not forget little trolls that live under rocks eating bugs and the excretment of small animals like yourself saadpaki96. Even subhuman, intellectually retarded, scared, confused, evolutionary throwbacks like yourself deserve free speech.
@AseerX1 This is good Aseerx1. I appreciate your comment. But as you see I burn several items including the Flag and the Constitution and the Bible, whose message i consider Holy. But not the paper book itself AseerX. This demonstration is not an attack, it is simple to teach folks like you, who are ignorant. Not stupid you understadn, but ignorant or uninformed. Now I do not believe the Qu'ran to be holy at all, but if I did, I would have no problem if someone burned a copy of it.
@AseerX1 I believe that truth is unassailable. If the message of the Quran is true, you could burn every last one and its truth would still prevail. The true God cannot be defeated by men, and His truth cannot be obscured. I did not burn the Quran to be disrespectful, but to point out the fact that one man may not compel other to be quiet simply because he does not like the message.
@louisrose your answer is ridiculous man and your logic is flawed.
if it isn't holy to you, it is to 1.2 billion and the bible is holy to more
if you think that burning them isn't offensive, billions take it as an insult
and if your Amendment gives you the right to do that to billions of people around then it's either made of nonsense or interpreted in a wrong way by people like you
this is a self-centered thinking and believe me is worse than ignorance
@AseerX1 I thank you again for your reasdoned and polite reply. Yes I agree with you that to do the things I demonstrated as an educational display are self-centered and unadviseable, and the people are often insulted when others do them. But nevertheless we must agree that people have a right to do these things without being in fear that they will be physically assaulted.
@AseerX1 The important reason for this, is that the only other option for people who hold such strong opinions is to out and kill those who disagree with them. Better I think to let these things be done and said, while reserving the right to speak against them, as you have, rather than resorting to physical violence.
@AseerX1 Recently two silly men in Iran issued a fatwa that anyone who burns the quran would be put to death. . As I consider my authority to be greater than theirs, I sent them the video and issued this counter fatwa:
Anyone who dares to take a life over the burning of a book, even a book that some (not all) declare to be holy, or take a life over the drawing of a picture of a man that some (not all) suppose to be a prophet, that man shall be put to the sword.
@louisrose These two men you talk about are exact identical copy of Pastor Jones and they share the hate
I don't think that Pastor Jones represent the American people and don't make the mistake that these two racist represent Iran
and by the way, real Muslims honer the Quran by burning it instead of throwing it to trash, I'm from the holy city of mecca and this is the right practice
it's just like when you call a black man "Bro" in America he takes it as an insult
@AseerX1 and what is the square milage of the vatican compared to mecca? where would you put a hot dog stand in the vatican? mecca is an international city and is huge, the vatican has no room and is tiny - epic fail on yuor approach to the argument - and im atheist, have as many mosques as you can in the vatican, doesnt bother me but if you google earth it you will see ther is no room, meccas on the other hand has plenty of room, religious apartheid by the religion of peace ;lol
@utrapzab why do you care if you're an atheist? just to show how smart and knowledgeable you are? don't blame me for my country's dogmatic leaders. I too have no problem if mecca is filled with churches.
and by the way, there is one church in each city that has an American or European embassy or consulate. but you wouldn't know anything about it you half witted media slave.
@AseerX1 of course they wont - its the size of a house and a bit of garden, what you want a garden shed mosque in the vatican - go for it, as an atheist i hate the way certain religions CLAIM to be for the good but act badly - islam claims to be for the good but deniesentry to mecca for non muslims - if its such a holy city dont you think i might be influenced if i visited - it is afterall my world as much as anyone elses
@utrapzab By the way, Mecca has started with one mosque and grew around it, just like the Vatican. However, the Vatican is surrounded by high walls that prevents any other religion or culture. Someday they will build churches in Mecca and never they will build any mosque or temples in the Vatican.
@AseerX1 embassies have chaplaincies - its hardly a church, more of an area within a building that can be used for its defined reliugious activity - hardly the same thing is it?
they will never build churches in mecca - arabs are too fundamental to allow that to happen - same as catholics i suppose - im glad i dont have religion, its almost like anti learning
@AseerX1 stereotype - cant think where ive stereotyped anyone butyou are probably right best not to converse further, clearly you cannot communicate properly having only aske you a simple question you sprung on the defensive and indeed stereotyped me as a media slave - my media is your media - they are all owned by the same group of people, but well done you got a word with over 2 syllables so go you! you stick to your anti learning your doing very well with it
Applause. The koran burning can be seen as the brakage of a taboo, and also as a protest. I use to express it like this:
"I burn the Koran because you kill me if I burn the Koran".
It seems an absurd paradox, but it's not. And yes, it is a circular thought, but there is only one way to break the circle. "If they stop threaten us for burning the koran, then we will stop burning the koran." There is no paradox: The biggest harm must be stopped the first.
Huh. Well, I certainly cannot fault the logic of the argument in this video. I may not agree with the actions, but I would certainly defend the right TO those actions. Simply because, I know, one day, I may very well need defending in a similar manner myself, probably for similar actions. I hope not, but one can never be sure of these things.
Hey louisrose: quite a demo you created to manifest a point. You are absolutely correct in making the true statement Freedom of Speech. But, not freedom to destroy and burn to make your point. Not that you cannot get away with it legally, but there are radicals out there who have ployyed the demise of others for much less. Therefore I say unto you, I'll be praying for you, but know this, watch your back, you never know how these crazies feel about what you did.
@commanderinternet Of course I have the freedom to burn that which belongs to me, as long as I do not endanger others. I am fifty-eight now, and I tell you it is not twice as much fun as being twenty-six. Death holds absolutely no fear for me now. It's the pain you know that I would prefer to avoid. But I will take my chances.
What is the difference between burning a paper copy of the Koran (in book form) and downloading a copy to my I-Pod and then deleting it? Wow! Look! I just deleted another one, and another one, and another, and another. It is the meaning of the words in the book that is cherished not the ink and paper of which it is made.
@beydounislam Make a reasoned argument my good fellow, why should we believe you? Haveyou believed your whole life what you have been told without question? To come here and make claims with out explanation is ignorance, truly.
Have your Imam drop by, perhaps he will have something of value to say.
@louisrose I live in australia i have explored many different eligions and non relious views i have seen them all and islam is the only on that makles sense burning the quran isnt freedom of speech its lack of respect and degrades us all as humans.Your moder nvalues are materialsm,This is your proplem you care too much about this world but you dont think about the hear after
have read a lot of books and some of them are very good. I have read the qu'ran and it says a lot of good things. But I do not believe it is the Word of God, I do not believe that it in any way complements the Bible. I do not believe that Muhammed was a prophet in any sense of the word. The quran that I burnt was mine, I bought it. God Himself made me a steward over it.
@beydounislam I believe Jesus was the Son of the Living God and is God, in the same way that my son and I are both of the house of Rose, but moreso. The Holy Spirit of the Living God is also God and indwells each and every believer. I am indwelt by the Spirit who bears witness of the truth.
But of course you do not believe that. It is unimportant for the purposes of this discussion.
@beydounislam The Catholics, and the Jews, and the Muslims all have traditions of what is sacred to them, and all three have had their sacred items desecrated. The cross of Christ has been photographed in a cup of piss, the Torah has been burnt. Big deal. If every Bible was destroyed they would spring from the earth like watermelons.
I know that you agree with me that God is all-powerful and none may stand against him.
@beydounislam There are Muslims in America, and in America our whole society is based on the First and Second Amendments. The first recognizes that every man has the right to say what they want, and believe what they want, and associate with who they want.
The second guarantees our right to personal defense and to be the ultimate human authority over our government.
@beydounislam We the people have learned how to get along, and a big part of that is learning that if other people do things that upset us we just have to get used to it, because no one is perfect, and it may actually be that they are right and we are wrong. We have gained this right over thousands of years of debate and conflict. We will never give it up while we live.
@beydounislam What we will not tolerate are those who would threaten us with violence because of our speech or our beliefs, Muslims are in America and their numbers are growing. They must learn what it means to be truly free to seek God and to serve Him, or to leave this country.
@beydounislam I think they will learn, as every Muslim the world over will learn because that is the way the world desires it. Islam can kill every last human that is not a Muslim, and the idea of freedom of speech and religion will spring like flowers from within the Muslim community itself until Muslim themselves reject the idea that anyone should be physically hurt for what they say, or think even about the "Prophet" may God have mercy upon his soul.
@beydounislam I will continue to promulagate my ideas, and my video, and continue my demonstrations in public. I do not fear death, and God will be my judge.
GREAT, you are right on. This is what our Troops have always fought and died for. This what all we have brought Home in Caskets and those never and pieces never found stood-up for and gave their all. Remember the Few and the Brave, remember the Alamo. ,, God Bless, Jimmie King
This is the most shining example of where I stand. This is our right as Americans, whether we anger someone or not. Thank you for being brave enough to stand up for your right and what you hold apparently most true. FREEDOM
What you are doing is offensive, but also important. Freedom often is offensive to someone or some establishment. I think what sets you apart from most though is that you spread the offense around instead of targeting just one particular group. I find it wrong to burn such objects, but in the past people found civil rights wrong, and women's right to vote wrong. Maybe this is another step we as a nation and world will have to take?
@TheRavoc if the nation needs to do anything it is to take a step backward and review their history. Freedom of speech and the right to demonstrate is the cornerstone of America, the first civil right. The anti-slavery movement in this country was made up primarily out of white Americans, who became the foundation of the Republican Party under Lincoln
I want to take a moment to thank you for all the comments made about my video, both favorable and unfavorable, flattering and insulting.
Today is the morning of September 11th. There will be many ceremonies and speeches of how great our nation is and how we must come together as a people. Our nation is great because of the Liberty guaranteed by our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. Freedom of speech is the anchor of that Liberty and the right to bear arms its protector.
@TheSeeph How good to know Seeph that since there is no heaven or hell, we will be rid of you in at the most 70 or 80 years. Goes by real fast you know.
GREAT Video. Only people with their minds back in the middle age are not capable to understand the importance of such a demonstration. If u really feel offendet by this Clip, go kill yourself and complain to your god about it, he's great after all, so he'll forgive the last sin in respect of the cause...
Bold citizen's like you strengthens me, you have not delivered an educational lecture.
Our natural rights are given to us, neither by governments nor religion. No man can taken away, even if he is schooled in being offended and blood taste rage.
louis..I agree with you 1000%! Ours is (was) a nation of laws...For The People and By The People. Slowly, we are losing our freedoms while the MUSLIMS are using OUR LAWS and CONSTITUTION against us to achieve THEIR goals.
They've got to be stopped..and I really don't give-a-rats how we do it...just as long as we stop them from gaining any more ground. I DO NOT want to see a muslim mosque, cultural center, or anything else associated with islam anywhere near Ground Zero. Enough Already!
it seems to me its ok for islam to spread around the world for a hostile take over and force shuria law on everyone but burning a qurahn whitch is only paper was not blessed by mohamed himself is not holy in any way it is after all only a book i am sure its message
will never be forgotten i mean come on arnt there 1.5 billion muslims world wide its just a dumb book folks besides burning them is a wast of good paper everyone needs toilet paper right
Dude, you should run for president.

@ismat45 @ismat45 @ismat45 I am not going to go back and forth with you on the war.

GO see JFK speech on the secret society
ismat45 7 months ago
@ismat45 What a lying sack of couscous you are! Islam is not a peaceful religion any more that Christianity is. Christianity and Islam are arrayed against each other in battle and have been since Mo published to Quran. Get over it baby. What we are talking about here is freedom of speech. Where do you come down on that?
louisrose 7 months ago
@louisrose lol, wow!<-------
is it not freedom of speach that will start a conflict, your so stupid in your words, that you have no understanding of the term LIFE... we live for one another, we live for ourselves, it might contradict itself, but life is ontradicting, this man is stupid beucase he uses his freedom of speach for negativity, as i am now in this comment, but how else do i get rhough to that one person?

@birdybronx Well Birdy, you might try to learn the language for a start. Tell me though, what specifically do find negative in this video?
louisrose 1 month ago

I have the right to say what I wish, and I have the right to defend myself against those who would attempt to do violence to me .
louisrose 1 month ago
@louisrose ok, sorry, all im saying is, your passing negative energy through this video, you dont understand that by posting this you are hurting people. and yes it is your freedom of speach butdo you really want to for negativity.. or are you just so angry at the world that you feel you need to post something like this
birdybronx 1 month ago
@louisrose i mean, if i were to tell you that i loved you and that you and i were one, you would think im retarded, but then you have noo philosophy in the naturaul law, we are the same, we are not different, but at the same time, we are different and we arent the same, if you look at the bigger picture visually we are the same, if you look at it spiritually we are different, PEACE-AND-BLESSINGS
birdybronx 1 month ago
@birdybronx All of my conclusions are derived from the natural law. I do what I do because I am made is such a way that I want to do these things. I and make think and speak, and therefore I have a right to think and speak. To think and speak causes to physical harm to others and therefore no law made against it or force employed to stop is valid.
louisrose 1 month ago

@jujurik Well, if you don't like it, then shut up! Take your politics, and you religion, and your ideas, and your feelings and dig a hole. Jump in and cover your self, don't worry someone will always be there to help you. OR speak out and be heard, and allow others to do so as well. The truth will triumph, don't you agree?

jujurik 8 months ago
@jujurik Pay attention now jujurik.... I said IF you don't like free speech THEN shut up. When you give an opinion you are exercising your right of free speech. One should always have the courage of their convictions nes pa? So if you don't like free speech, obviously you should stop exercising your right of free speech and shut up. Get it? So perhaps you do like free speech after all?

u see..what i mean, u eventually take more n more diadvantages at last ... freedom from what we human want more in This case? , Our free (with no cost ) speech with "cost" at last.., OR Freedom by exercising "Limit" yet still has the freedom =P

jujurik 8 months ago
@jujurik Excellent argument and I must agree. If I understand what you say, freedom without restraint, in this case freedom of speech, may lead may lead to severe consequences including the loss of the freedom itself.
Nevertheless, in some cases it is essential to speak out, even if others are offended. My demonstration should not be offensive to anyone, as it is not done as a protest, and old bibles, flags and qurans are typically destroyed by fire.

CToBM 9 months ago
@Louis - There is a freedom that comes with citizenship in the country and then there's freedom that come to us through Christ as a believer. The freedom as a citizen may give us the right to have the freedom of speech and religion, but the freedom that comes from Christ calls us to the freedom to do what is right - the freedom to hold back and not speak or offend even when we don't share the same beliefs.
CToBM 9 months ago
@CToBM good to see you here CTBM. I do not think you find my demonstration offensive do you? But perhaps some American does or some Muslim. Certainly we do care who we offend if we preach the Gospel in love, but that is another subject.
louisrose 9 months ago
@louisrose I respect your message, but what i think matters is the intention to provoke and harm other's feelings. You're right if it was their own frustration that drove them to burn a book then it is okay.
Other than that, burning a book, especially with the intention of creating a childish gesture of hate, is far from being a civilized person.
yuskaisme 9 months ago
@yuskaisme I am NOT a christian.. That being said I never understood the obession of muslims with the "perfect", noble and untouchable quran and the perfect noble prophet Mohammed.
This itself is some kind of idolytry.
The quran was "received" by a mortal, fallible human (like you and me), rembered by mortal. fallible humans and written down by mortal, fallible humans. A printed quran is just a bunch of printed papers.
If your Allah is real, burning paper doesn't harm him

yuskaisme 9 months ago
@yuskaisme Yes we are in total agreement. We always have the freedom to demonstrate and to speak, but it is not always beneficial to do so. Politeness is a virtue that should not be neglected.

yuskaisme 9 months ago
@yuskaisme Brilliant, except these are my books. Heine is talking about burning books owned by others. To burn books owned by others is an attack on free speech. To attack those who burn books they own, because they find them unsatisfactory is an attack on free speech. To attack those who speak out against what others have written is an attack on free speech. Go read a book Yuskaisme!
louisrose 9 months ago
@louisrose the qoute doesn't say anything about ownership of the book. Go learn to read.

by the way Jesus is not dead If so how come GOD is dead ^_^
mrA991s 10 months ago
@mrA991s "The God is Dead" quote comes from Friedrich Nietzsche the sad little German existentialist who must be pitied even more than the Muslim. Pitied not hated you understand. If someone puts non-dairy creamer in their coffee instead of real cream, I will not hate them because they do it, but I could never respect them for what they are doing or what they believe about non-dairy creamer. Why run after that which is false when that which is true is available to them.
louisrose 10 months ago
@mrA991s Of course we must respect all people, and the first thing that means is that we will not do violence to them except in self defense. Nevertheless, if though we must respect all people, we must speak the truth as we see it, or ignorance will reign. We should be able to speak what we determine to be the truth without fear of reprisal or violence.
For the most part I have refrained from making theological pronouncements on this page because I wished to focus on free speech.
louisrose 10 months ago
@mrA991s Burning anything is considered an act of free speech. Free Speech does not cover only verbal speech, but artwork, music and actions. So long as the act does not violate US laws, or endangers others, it is considered protected, and the US Supreme court will stand and defend any man's right to burn any book as a statement against that book, regardless of it's content or use, so long as it is burned safely.
GryffinDarkBreed 10 months ago
People who are getting offended by this are missing the point.
The constitution contains truths that cannot be burnt.
The flag represents freedoms that cannot be destroyed.
And if you believe in God, surely an omnipotent being couldn't be harmed by someone defacing a book.
Robotocracy 10 months ago
I went into this skeptically because there is usually an anger behind people's intentions. And I'm not really entirely sure if this man is being genuinely from the heart. But watching him talk it out and having all those documents together, seeing them all consumed by flames had an effect on me. Together their end is ash. There is a reason we have freedom of speech, and it's because really there should be no other way to do it.
FrettingCajarot 11 months ago
@FrettingCajarot I assure you I am sincere and my intentions are peaceful. Yet they are peaceful only to the extent that the rights of others are respected. Everyone has the right to strongly disagree, especially in matters of religion, where eternal matters are at stake.

When u attack ur country, they call it "Treason".
When u attack a Religious sect, they call it "Hate speech".
But when you attack Muslims and burn their Holy Quran you call it "Democracy"...and "Freedom of Speech"
So your First Amendment teaches you to attack other religions? and you are proud of that?

AseerX1 1 year ago
@AseerX1 This is good Aseerx1. I appreciate your comment. But as you see I burn several items including the Flag and the Constitution and the Bible, whose message i consider Holy. But not the paper book itself AseerX. This demonstration is not an attack, it is simple to teach folks like you, who are ignorant. Not stupid you understadn, but ignorant or uninformed. Now I do not believe the Qu'ran to be holy at all, but if I did, I would have no problem if someone burned a copy of it.
louisrose 1 year ago
@AseerX1 I believe that truth is unassailable. If the message of the Quran is true, you could burn every last one and its truth would still prevail. The true God cannot be defeated by men, and His truth cannot be obscured. I did not burn the Quran to be disrespectful, but to point out the fact that one man may not compel other to be quiet simply because he does not like the message.
louisrose 1 year ago
@louisrose your answer is ridiculous man and your logic is flawed.
if it isn't holy to you, it is to 1.2 billion and the bible is holy to more
if you think that burning them isn't offensive, billions take it as an insult
and if your Amendment gives you the right to do that to billions of people around then it's either made of nonsense or interpreted in a wrong way by people like you
this is a self-centered thinking and believe me is worse than ignorance
AseerX1 1 year ago
@AseerX1 I thank you again for your reasdoned and polite reply. Yes I agree with you that to do the things I demonstrated as an educational display are self-centered and unadviseable, and the people are often insulted when others do them. But nevertheless we must agree that people have a right to do these things without being in fear that they will be physically assaulted.
.
louisrose 1 year ago
@AseerX1 The important reason for this, is that the only other option for people who hold such strong opinions is to out and kill those who disagree with them. Better I think to let these things be done and said, while reserving the right to speak against them, as you have, rather than resorting to physical violence.
louisrose 1 year ago
@AseerX1 Recently two silly men in Iran issued a fatwa that anyone who burns the quran would be put to death. . As I consider my authority to be greater than theirs, I sent them the video and issued this counter fatwa:
Anyone who dares to take a life over the burning of a book, even a book that some (not all) declare to be holy, or take a life over the drawing of a picture of a man that some (not all) suppose to be a prophet, that man shall be put to the sword.

@utrapzab By the way, Mecca has started with one mosque and grew around it, just like the Vatican. However, the Vatican is surrounded by high walls that prevents any other religion or culture. Someday they will build churches in Mecca and never they will build any mosque or temples in the Vatican.

All in all, a good video.

Therefore I say unto you, I'll be praying for you, but know this, watch your back, you never know how these crazies feel about what you did.
commanderinternet 1 year ago
@commanderinternet Of course I have the freedom to burn that which belongs to me, as long as I do not endanger others. I am fifty-eight now, and I tell you it is not twice as much fun as being twenty-six. Death holds absolutely no fear for me now. It's the pain you know that I would prefer to avoid. But I will take my chances.

righyanb 1 year ago
What is the difference between burning a paper copy of the Koran (in book form) and downloading a copy to my I-Pod and then deleting it? Wow! Look! I just deleted another one, and another one, and another, and another. It is the meaning of the words in the book that is cherished not the ink and paper of which it is made.

@beydounislam Make a reasoned argument my good fellow, why should we believe you? Haveyou believed your whole life what you have been told without question? To come here and make claims with out explanation is ignorance, truly.

@louisrose I live in australia i have explored many different eligions and non relious views i have seen them all and islam is the only on that makles sense burning the quran isnt freedom of speech its lack of respect and degrades us all as humans.Your moder nvalues are materialsm,This is your proplem you care too much about this world but you dont think about the hear after
beydounislam 1 year ago
have read a lot of books and some of them are very good. I have read the qu'ran and it says a lot of good things. But I do not believe it is the Word of God, I do not believe that it in any way complements the Bible. I do not believe that Muhammed was a prophet in any sense of the word. The quran that I burnt was mine, I bought it. God Himself made me a steward over it.
louisrose 1 year ago
@beydounislam I believe Jesus was the Son of the Living God and is God, in the same way that my son and I are both of the house of Rose, but moreso. The Holy Spirit of the Living God is also God and indwells each and every believer. I am indwelt by the Spirit who bears witness of the truth.
But of course you do not believe that. It is unimportant for the purposes of this discussion.
louisrose 1 year ago
@beydounislam The Catholics, and the Jews, and the Muslims all have traditions of what is sacred to them, and all three have had their sacred items desecrated. The cross of Christ has been photographed in a cup of piss, the Torah has been burnt. Big deal. If every Bible was destroyed they would spring from the earth like watermelons.
I know that you agree with me that God is all-powerful and none may stand against him.
louisrose 1 year ago
@beydounislam There are Muslims in America, and in America our whole society is based on the First and Second Amendments. The first recognizes that every man has the right to say what they want, and believe what they want, and associate with who they want.
The second guarantees our right to personal defense and to be the ultimate human authority over our government.
louisrose 1 year ago
@beydounislam We the people have learned how to get along, and a big part of that is learning that if other people do things that upset us we just have to get used to it, because no one is perfect, and it may actually be that they are right and we are wrong. We have gained this right over thousands of years of debate and conflict. We will never give it up while we live.
louisrose 1 year ago
@beydounislam What we will not tolerate are those who would threaten us with violence because of our speech or our beliefs, Muslims are in America and their numbers are growing. They must learn what it means to be truly free to seek God and to serve Him, or to leave this country.
louisrose 1 year ago
@beydounislam I think they will learn, as every Muslim the world over will learn because that is the way the world desires it. Islam can kill every last human that is not a Muslim, and the idea of freedom of speech and religion will spring like flowers from within the Muslim community itself until Muslim themselves reject the idea that anyone should be physically hurt for what they say, or think even about the "Prophet" may God have mercy upon his soul.
louisrose 1 year ago
@beydounislam I will continue to promulagate my ideas, and my video, and continue my demonstrations in public. I do not fear death, and God will be my judge.

This is the most shining example of where I stand. This is our right as Americans, whether we anger someone or not. Thank you for being brave enough to stand up for your right and what you hold apparently most true. FREEDOM
Spearsy911 1 year ago
What you are doing is offensive, but also important. Freedom often is offensive to someone or some establishment. I think what sets you apart from most though is that you spread the offense around instead of targeting just one particular group. I find it wrong to burn such objects, but in the past people found civil rights wrong, and women's right to vote wrong. Maybe this is another step we as a nation and world will have to take?
TheRavoc 1 year ago

Freedom of speech is the anchor of that Liberty and the right to bear arms its protector.

louis..I agree with you 1000%!
