The second amendment is as relevant today as it's always been. It's when the government decides the citizenry no longer should have firearms that is when they're really needed.

Of course, it only covers the "keep and bear" portion, not running down the street shooting them. Like the old saying goes, "The right to swing my fists ends at the tip of your nose."

@subwayjob First of all, no one said anything about hating guns, you came to that conclusion yourself.The part you seem to have a problem with was simply a statement of fact.The original wording of the second amendment is simply too general and there has been documented legislation put forth in order to regulate guns and such. By no means am i arguing that a person doesn't have a right to defend themselves and their property. So yeah, it is antiquated if only just a bit but thanks 4 watching! :)
