Si no que siempre ha contribuído en el juego, viendo este video me doy cuenta en la cantidad de goles importantes en los que ha participado, goles que recordaba, pero que ahora veo que Raul ha sido importantísimo.

I started cheering for both Real Madrid and Spain about 10 years ago... because of Raul. He is the best there ever was. He has the needed skills, overview, passes, but most important he is a great person - fair, honest, a worker on the field, he deserves nothing but respect! He is also one of the best team players ever. I hope he does well with his new club, but I will miss him so bad in Real. I can't understand why he had to leave when he is so close to retirement anyway.

Creo que el cronista que mejor ha descrito a Raúl fue Juanma Trueba.

En sus primeras crónicas con el periódico As, específicamente la que hizo del Real Madrid vs AC Milán, menciona que Raúl es tanto corazón, tanta enjundia, tantos valores no relacionados con la estética del juego que a veces embriagados por esas cuestiones creemos que es un jugador limitado.

Afirma el cronista que Raúl tiene mucha mucha técnica y es muy talentoso. Queda el video como fiel muestra.

Lo único que ha tenido Raúl es el oportunismo, te pongo un ejemplo Rodman no era alto ni corpulento pero fue máximo reboteador de la Nba. A Raúl le pasa igual ni tiene técnica, ni tiene regate, ni tiene velocidad pero se sabe mover en el área (sabía porque ya ni eso), claro que depende de los demás para que le asistan y así empujar el balón.
