is mr topstep buying this volatility pullback ahead of tommorows #'s?

He didn't mention anything about what Mr. TopStep is doing, only that big players are selling S&P puts. In other words, they expect the VIX to drop tomorrow, and if the VIX drops the S&P will do the opposite. They are bullish on the jobs number reaction. So am I.
