Here you have a small business woman responsible for 27 employees making sense by her statement of more insurance competition across state lines with more insurance choices would help her stay in business and keep her employee premiums lower. She even clearly states HR3200 will drive her business to reconstruct and lay off employees. The gentleman after her speaks the same fate with his business Are you listening obama ? ? ?

I've thought quite a bit about the health insurance reform that should be done.

Perhaps the only change that should be done to lower costs in the system is for the government to outlaw 100% coverage insurance and only allow a health insurance plan to pay out 99% of the first $1million of health costs. This would mean the other 1% of the costs would be paid by the insured if they did not buy a separate and 2nd insurance plan. It helps get everyone involved in trying to lower health costs.

To keep American business strong and competitive, I think we should encourage individual purchased health insurance with great tax credits to help them buy it. It can help business if they do not feel compelled to offer health insurance and would result in more jobs. It would result in a lot of insurance private competition.

Permanent tax reduction (especially on employers) to help small business owners create more jobs is the stimulus that should have been done.

If you are a small buisness owner you will understand this video. For those who are not you will never understand the trials, and sleepless nights that a owner goes through to make sure they do their very best for the people who work, the ones that actually know what work is, not some student who has never had a real job with no responsibility other than being a warm body. We care about them and that they have their needs and wants met. They become part of our family, this is personal.
