Because it's easily sidestepped and basically useless outside of combos. The multi-throw does more damage anyways.

He did what works. And he didn't just use Special moves, he did normals like b1 and 113 for setups, why use anything else.

Your comment and the idea behind it is fail because if you think that a good player uses ALL of a characters moves then you have no idea what you are talking about.

If all I had to do with Joker was build up a breaker and wait for an opportunity to use it for guaranteed 25% damage, then that's what you'd see me doing, nothing else because that's what would work.
