em its smelly bcoz the fish market is located near this hotel..how bad is it? rotten fish ew....n on water surface...obviously u can see poop floating...hehe...compare 2 seafest..seafest is more bad...low service provided...just a big building..what a waste..

Good hotel and clean.

Diving is great at Sipadan.
