As a friend to the family, my piece of advise is to let Ramesh turn himself as a state witness & name the rest of the suspects, even if it means admitting that he's part of it. It'll finally end this case. Doing such will also protect him. Talks abound that the family & relatives of Bobbit are up against Ramesh because of suspicion that he masterminded her murder due to a very personal & sensitive fight. To Ramesh, think about it, save yourself & give justice to Prem. After all he loved you.
Let it be clear that my only intention when I posted this video for public viewing is to help those who are pursuing to solve this murder case. This will continue until justice is attained through the legal process.

Let's see ... why was Ramesh and Bobbet immediately the suspects ? could it be that a couple weeks before, Prem caught Ramesh stealing money from the Biz Hub and confronted him? And the fact that after that, Ramesh got drunk several times (what a surprise) and pulled a gun on Prem inside their compound. So Prem moved Ramesh and his Bobbet out of the compound for his protection and rented them a new place to live and the Biz Hub to run on his own. In a short time, Prem was murdered.

She had more enemies that you could count on several hands. Maybe it is the wife of one of her several boyfriends. Perhaps it is her husband after discovering her affairs. Maybe the family of the littly boy she hit with her car. Suppose she and Ramesh were involved in Prem's murder and the killer they hired wanted more money. Next Bobbet quickly created an excuse to have the coffin reopened so that she could take the ribbons with family names out of the coffin. WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT ? The ribbons were put in there to be buried with Prem. But of course it was just an excuse to get the towel. Sure enough Tommy spotted her gathering the ribbons and then quickly wraps the ribboned names around the towel (to hide it) and passed it to Josie. Can there be any doubt of what her purpose was ? NO WAY ! It is as clear as day !

Although I am not the original poster of this video, I am ALSO a concerned friend of Prem. I knew him well and I in touch with his siblings who have sought legal justice and have waited patiently for the police and NBI to find the masterminds and put them in prison. There has been no hate campaign against anyone. The video SPEAKS FOR ITSELF to all objective viewers. Bobbit and her sister were totally concerned with getting the towel..not in grieving.
Bobbet Bernadez died Thursday evening after two unidentified assailants wearing bonnets and riding motorcycles ambushed and shot her multiple times with automatic weapons. Will another murder solve Prem's murder? What is the police doing? Until today, there is no word yet about Prem's case and the police are silent about it.

I sent an email to the siblings of Prem a few days ago - the ones who are outside the country, asking them to give us a glimpse of where our friend's case stands. In fact, my email was a striking one, blunt in some ways, expressing my impatience over the utter silence that engulfed the whole case a few months after his demise until today. They replied to me with the consent that I could post it here. Here it is in verbatim...
"We are greatly happy to know that there are still some good-hearted people who cared for Prem's justice, who are one with us in our struggle until these days. Your deepest concern is very reassuring that gives us more strength to defy the odds in our search for justice. When our father died in 2007, we grieved with so much pain over his death. Losing a loved one is never easy to overcome. But it somehow dawned on us that it was time for him to rest than to suffer with his illness.
That provided us a relief. But Prem's death is different, an untimely one. He was snatched away from us by the evil ones, uncivilized, ruthless, and barbaric people, and despicable animals, while he was at his prime and accomplishing more. That, until today, we still could not believe nor accept. Everyday, the pain is lingering that caused us more sleepless nights than peaceful slumbers, especially that we are still wanting for justice.
The first thing that comes to our minds when we wake up is his justice; the last thing that leaves our mind as we go to sleep is his justice. If you, as his friends are still grieving, how much more for us, whom he had cared for, helped, and loved while he was still alive. Our tears run deep and our heartaches are killing us. Yet, we are not giving up. Rest assured, we vowed by his graveyard to search for justice by all means.
Our silence must have been misconstrued as apathy, but in all honesty, we have not abandoned our dearest brother. We believe that at the right time, God will hand over these animals to the balance of justice for judgment and punishment. Fate has its own way of claiming what is due. If the headlines in the newspapers are true about the recent demise of the alleged hitman of Prem, then fate took him the way he took away the lives of his victims.
In the same way, and if not by human but divine intervention, these hateful animals will also succumb to God's will and pay the price - either they will rot in jail or burn in hell. I urge every good heart to stay with us in our fight and struggle for Prem's justice. Let not evil run over us. Let's be persistent; we will not say how and when but sooner or later, we will achieve it. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel."

JOSIE acted as BOBBETs "HAND" when she picked up the towel and showed it to her waiting for instruction.

Even if one doesn't know the true meaning of the towel, the fact that it was placed in the coffin, one should not take it out. Why only these 2 sisters were so interested in it while nobody else was? If the towel is meant to help solve the murder, why were they acting the opposite? Their acts must lead to something.
I am a journalist specializing in murders & other heinous crimes. I came across this video featured in another channel of youtube that aroused my attention. I am disturbed by the revealing scenes that prompted me to delve deeper into the video & comments to understand the behavior of persons in relation to the occasion.
Normally, one should ask these questions:
1)What is the occasion? It is a funeral (of a person who was murdered).
2)What is the normal mood of people in relation to the occasion? Grieving, mourning (generally shown by crying).
3)What would a grieving person normally do by the closing of the coffin? Place in the coffin flowers, personal things, & etc. Usually, in an unresolved murder, grieving members & close persons would send things believed to help solve the murder, e.g. handkerchief, face towel (esp. ones that are used to wipe tears), daggers, bullets, some animals, e.g. chicks, ducklings, & etc.
The following questions are meant to point out unlikely behavior that would trigger suspicion:
4)Are there person(s) in the video acting contrary to the general mood of the occasion? Yes, two women in particular. The normal behavior, as the coffin was about to be closed, was to pay your last respect to the dead. Majority placed flowers & one in particular put a white face towel (he certainly knows its meaning). But one would notice that these two women acted differently from the others.
Both focused on the face towel & even took it away twice from the coffin contrary to the general mood of the others.
5)Are these two related? Based on the captions, they are sisters. In this case, communication is easier based on common interest and/or intention, either in words or actions.
The following questions should be asked to further the investigation:
6)Why are they acting abnormally (and suspiciously)?
8)Were there any previous incidents between the 2 sisters & the murdered that would trigger a suspicion, e.g., disagreement, misunderstanding, quarrel, dispute, & etc., either resolved or unresolved?
From here onwards, the authorities can move along the investigation. I advise the concerned family members to seek assistance from the NBI. The office has a special unit specializing in analyzing the behavior of the suspects.

In the midst of her great sorrow while comforting Prem's mother, Bobbet is occupied with keeping track of items that may have been left behind in the coffin ? and THEN after Tommy informs them to return it, they repeat this? Is that the best U can come up with ?

I don't know if Rammesh has any feelings, but you can look at those 2 sisters in the video and their mother and see that they have NONE. They certainly had no warm feeling for Prem even though they all probably received many benefits from Bobbet being in the Bernadez family. They had no appreciation for him...only greed.
And now, that is what happened. He lived for all those days in pain fighting for his life. Your brother and sisters and mother miss him and will be so sad if you are involved in his murder. For the past few days, I have been wanting to comment but I just held myself back thinking that I have nothing to do with this case. But the words from dakoolguydmgt hit me like a lightning. I realized that we have to do our share and have to stand up against evil. Allow me, concerned friends, to post this story of a friend who had a brush of experience with Bobbet, though not very personal. Yet, it might help to show who she is and what she's capable of doing. Here's the rest of the story...
My friend opened a P200k-time deposit at the bank where Bobbet is working. Upon maturity, she decided to withdraw it. Surprisingly, it was short of P50K. Bobbet, though she wasn't the attending teller, butted in that she would be paid. She saw her going to the manager & had a talk. Without any explanation, my friend got her money back with interest. Later on, after doing some inside queries, she learned that Bobbet had "taken out" P50k from her account, just like what she did to the towel.
I think I will go in there and have a conversation with her manager. I want to know why she is working at a bank if she stole from one of the customers. And why she wasn't arrested. I am curious if the manager knows about this video. He or she should know.

It's indeed frustrating the way the case is proceeding. And it's incomprehensible why there is much apathy among the authorities towards the case despite the mounting evidence. As a friend to the family, my piece of advise is to let Ramesh turn himself as a state witness & name the rest of the suspects, even if it means admitting that he's part of it. It'll finally end this case. Doing such will also protect him. Talks abound that the family & relatives of Bobbit are up against Ramesh because of suspicion that he masterminded her murder due to a very personal & sensitive fight. To Ramesh, think about it, save yourself & give justice to Prem. After all he loved you.

hm what motive. gee... who moved back into the compound and took over Prem's businesses, cars, jewelry, homes, and money ? Ramesh and Bobbet with the blessing of Ramesh's mother. So no wonder the police asked Ramesh and Bobbet to take lie detector tests. But for some unexplained reason, Ramesh and Bobbet and Prem's mother refused to participate in helping the police find the killer. A Very very odd way for family to behave. Actions speak loudly.

Let's see ... why was Ramesh and Bobbet immediately the suspects ? could it be that a couple weeks before, Prem caught Ramesh stealing money from the Biz Hub and confronted him? And the fact that after that, Ramesh got drunk several times (what a surprise) and pulled a gun on Prem inside their compound. So Prem moved Ramesh and his Bobbet out of the compound for his protection and rented them a new place to live and the Biz Hub to run on his own. In a short time, Prem was murdered.

She had more enemies that you could count on several hands. Maybe it is the wife of one of her several boyfriends. Perhaps it is her husband after discovering her affairs. Maybe the family of the littly boy she hit with her car. Suppose she and Ramesh were involved in Prem's murder and the killer they hired wanted more money. They didn't pay so he did the same thing to her as he did to Prem to make a point to Ramesh. The real possibilities go on and on.

MORE TO COME. I will discuss the FACTS like how Ramesh and Bobbet and her family refused to help in the investigation. They refused to take lie detector tests and had their lawyer speak for them. What were they afraid of ?
Their conscience was not clear enough to pass the test ? I know for a fact that Sharla, Steve, Chandra, Tommy all co-operated with the police and would take a lie detector test today declaring no involvement with Bobbet's murder. They are good people who seek legal justice !

Next Bobbet quickly created an excuse to have the coffin reopened so that she could take the ribbons with family names out of the coffin. WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT ? The ribbons were put in there to be buried with Prem. But of course it was just an excuse to get the towel. Sure enough Tommy spotted her gathering the ribbons and then quickly wraps the ribboned names around the towel (to hide it) and passed it to Josie. Can there be any doubt of what her purpose was ? NO WAY ! It is as clear as day !

I knew him well and I in touch with his siblings who have sought legal justice and have waited patiently for the police and NBI to find the masterminds and put them in prison. If we peel the onion to its nub, hook line and sinker, the pivotal scenes captured at the funeral reveal who the "BRAIN" is as well as the "HAND". BOBBET acted as the "BRAIN" when she commanded JOSIE to take the towel from the coffin by firmly saying, "KUHA-A NA! KUHA-A! KUHA-A!" I am a journalist specializing in murders & other heinous crimes. I came across this video featured in another channel of youtube that aroused my attention. I am disturbed by the revealing scenes that prompted me to delve deeper into the video & comments to understand the behavior of persons in relation to the occasion.
Normally, one should ask these questions:
1)What is the occasion? It is a funeral (of a person who was murdered).

2)What is the normal mood of people in relation to the occasion? Grieving, mourning (generally shown by crying).
3)What would a grieving person normally do by the closing of the coffin? Place in the coffin flowers, personal things, & etc. Usually, in an unresolved murder, grieving members & close persons would send things believed to help solve the murder, e.g. handkerchief, face towel (esp. ones that are used to wipe tears), daggers, bullets, some animals, e.g. chicks, ducklings, & etc.

The following questions are meant to point out unlikely behavior that would trigger suspicion:
4)Are there person(s) in the video acting contrary to the general mood of the occasion? Yes, two women in particular. The normal behavior, as the coffin was about to be closed, was to pay your last respect to the dead. Majority placed flowers & one in particular put a white face towel (he certainly knows its meaning). But one would notice that these two women acted differently from the others.

Both focused on the face towel & even took it away twice from the coffin contrary to the general mood of the others.
5)Are these two related? Based on the captions, they are sisters. In this case, communication is easier based on common interest and/or intention, either in words or actions.
The following questions should be asked to further the investigation:
6)Why are they acting abnormally (and suspiciously)?
7)How are they related to the murdered?

8)Were there any previous incidents between the 2 sisters & the murdered that would trigger a suspicion, e.g., disagreement, misunderstanding, quarrel, dispute, & etc., either resolved or unresolved?
From here onwards, the authorities can move along the investigation. I advise the concerned family members to seek assistance from the NBI. The office has a special unit specializing in analyzing the behavior of the suspects.

Newsphillady! Outstanding analysis. The NBI has been involved in this investigation for 3 months now and have not made any arrests. They have identified suspects including the 2 women and their family. BUT where are the arrests and justice ? I fear that the Philippines has a system that protects the guilty and subjects the remaining victims to be in further danger and distress with no resolution to the crime. The NBI claims to be closer, but it is unclear what more is required to make arrests

We must locate any individuals that might provide the crucial information to bring justice to Prem.
He was a good man. And yes there was a history of recent dispute with his brother and his sister-in-law, even tho he continued to provide total money support to them

Bobbet says "Kuha-a na,Kuha-a na!" as Josie lifts the edge of the towel showing it to Bobbet. So Josie was suggesting "Here is some towel that somebody forgot in the coffin"? and Bobbet agrees. In the midst of her great sorrow while comforting Prem's mother, Bobbet is occupied with keeping track of items that may have been left behind in the coffin ? and THEN after Tommy informs them to return it, they repeat this? Is that the best U can come up with ?

NBI01...as I read your comment ingon ka gikuha ni Josie ang face towel kay basi nahabilin sa coffin. That is unbelievable. You took almost 1 month to think of that reason for the obvious guilty behavior? Your comment suggests that you EITHER were told this explanation from Josie or Bobbet OR you are actually one of them trying desperately to defend what everyone sees as suspicious actions. Did someone assign the sisters to clean trash and discarded items from the coffin ? lol that is so funny.

How could you dare post a challenge to present another evidence when no one from the suspects or from their side has yet given a categorical & acceptable statement clarifying the fishy behavior. If you're talking of hard evidence or the "missing link" between the crime & the suspects, rest assured the authorities are working round-the-clock to get it. The clock is ticking loud - tik, tok, tik, tok - it's only a matter of time!

You have exposed your identity by being too personal & defensive. You must be one of them in the video. You ironically belittle the mystery of the white face towel but you know deep down that it's working. I could just imagine the lack of sleep that the towel brings. In fact, the posting of this video is the enigmatic work of the towel. I know you couldn't agree, let alone explain the dodgy behavior of the personas in the video.

I saw Bobbet, Ramesh & his mother in Bacolod opening up an internet cafe. Info also points out that they are transferring to that city. Why? Fear of being caught? Eluding from further investigation? The grim shadow of their sin will forever follow & torment them wherever they are. They are condemned by both men & God. No matter what cover up they will do, the Almighty sees everything. And Satan has already been commissioned to prepare a place for them in HELL where they will burn in eternity.

It's ironic (and truly unacceptable) that Prem's unconditional love & kindness to his family, especially to Ramesh & Bobbet were subdued by both's greed. This Xmas will never be the same again without the presence of Prem. I had also witnessed & experienced the occasion with the family; Prem was its core & its life. My very good friend will truly be missed this yuletide season; may his soul rest in peace. We love you & will always do.

I don't know if Rammesh has any feelings, but you can look at those 2 sisters in the video and their mother and see that they have NONE. They certainly had no warm feeling for Prem even though they all probably received many benefits from Bobbet being in the Bernadez family. They had no appreciation for him...only greed.

And now, that is what happened. He lived for all those days in pain fighting for his life. Your brother and sisters and mother miss him and will be so sad if you are involved in his murder. It is so sad that you made a decision like that...that can never be reversed. He can never be with us and share his smile and laughter. He can no longer provide for the family all that he wanted to continue to do. What a terrible shame. A shame you will have to think of the rest of your life. What a waste !

why did you have your brother killed ? Why did u let ur wife and family manipulate you ? You could have said no.He was ur brother. you chose in-laws over your own blood. Prem sent u to college, gave u a house, paid u to run the business,and gave u 100,000P when u N ur wife had ur baby. He supported the family.He didn't deserve to die. Rammesh now u will never see your brother again. All for an ambitious social climbing wife and her family?
Prem always was afraid of the idea to die from bullets.

Ramesh, I am thinking of your brother Prem so often as Christmas approaches. Prem invited me to many xmas and New Years parties at the Bernadez compound. They were always so much fun! it seemed that the family enjoyed it so much too. He loved you and the family so much.He told me he tried to help u be more responsible and not drink all the time. That's why he was hard on u sometimes..because he cared about u. If there are misunderstandings in a family they can be resolved...but not by killing..

For the past few days, I have been wanting to comment but I just held myself back thinking that I have nothing to do with this case. But the words from dakoolguydmgt hit me like a lightning. I realized that we have to do our share and have to stand up against evil. Allow me, concerned friends, to post this story of a friend who had a brush of experience with Bobbet, though not very personal. Yet, it might help to show who she is and what she's capable of doing. Here's the rest of the story...

My friend opened a P200k-time deposit at the bank where Bobbet is working. Upon maturity, she decided to withdraw it. Surprisingly, it was short of P50K. Bobbet, though she wasn't the attending teller, butted in that she would be paid. She saw her going to the manager & had a talk. Without any explanation, my friend got her money back with interest. Later on, after doing some inside queries, she learned that Bobbet had "taken out" P50k from her account, just like what she did to the towel.

There's no such thing as a perfect crime. This video shows its imperfection. Bobbet, Josie, Jennifer and their mother (What's her name? I see her oftentimes in the market!) never expected that God guided somebody to take these telling scenes. Unlucky criminals - caught in their own web of suspicious behavior. Even at their victim's burial, they still continued their "dark gambit". Heartless bastards! Rot in JAIL or burn in HELL you criminals. You don't belong in this world. Satan is waiting 4 u!

It's indeed frustrating the way the case is proceeding. And it's incomprehensible why there is much apathy among the authorities towards the case despite the mounting evidence. When push comes to shove, and when justice fails, one has to rely on no one but himself. It is my final prayer that it won't reach to the point when one will decide to abandon due process and instead choose to take justice ala vigilante when the options run dry. I'm ready anytime to extend my helping hand. Don't hesitate.

vigilante justice ? It seems you have many pieces of evidence and testimony to make arrests ad put pressure on the suspects. Are you telling us that the criminals get to laugh at you and us and dare us to find more proof ? You know who did this crime.
