Today however since the 70's at least, and please note I grew up in the SF Bay Area, I know of more whites murdered by blacks than vice versa, and certainly, more blacks are murdered by blacks than whites murdered by blacks. However, a double standard seems to play when a white person is charged with the murder of a black person. It seems to be deemed a hate crime, when the otherway is deemed socio-economic by the same people.
