Jason would deifnitely win. The killers in the Scream films all die. They're all mortal. But Jason, even if the audience thinks he's dead, abd despite whatever happens to him, always comes back. If Sidney (the main chacracter in the 'Scream' films) managed to kill/beat the killers in each film, of course Jason could! And Jason didn't even die after the fight with Freddy! (Well, neither of them did :P.)

scream really had 4 killers, 2 high school students, billy and stu, 1 college student who was out of his skull, micky and 1 director that really didnt seem that tough, roman and jasons like a zombie i think im not sure and he has a way bigger body count and he just seems really tough but the scream killers are very good at hiding and very good at stealth so its a tough call
