JJ and Shoaib mansoor a classic combination of 80s. This song takes me back to my good old days when we were in college and vital signs cassette came out. It made us mad. I really miss those days. Abbas ali khan thanks a million for your beautiful remake. you have reincarnated this classic.

By posting this in better audio you have definitely done justice to the song, the efforts of Vital Signs as well as it is a tribute to my favorite poetess Parvin Shakir marhooma with who I have shared many memorable times during Student Week/University Week at Radio Pakistan.

May her soul rest in peace, she was wonderful and original just like Vital Signs.

Vital signs have got more succesful albums than junoon. more hit songs per album than Junoon. Junoon were good. But just because they got more international exposure than VS doesnt make them more succesful.

juanid doesnt go high as ali azmat does. But they have different quality of voice altogether. I have always thought going high is half as important as the ability to carry notes. Junaid simply is lucky becoz he has extremely unique voice . i guess noori,ali azmat can yell their head off( though i would take noori any day over azmat) but none of them even comes close to junaid. sajjad ali is another one who comes to mind. the sort of melodies junaid sung didnt have ne need for going ultra high.
