um i bought mine at a hobby lobby store for 130$ it a mini-z mr-015 it goes around 15-20 mph out of the box so pretty nice car and decent speed

No, the MR03 is just a new version of the MR02 RWD chassis. They still make the AWD car, but now you can get it in 2.4Ghz! - Jay

i never new rc cars have gyros, i fly helicopters and the gyro stabilizers the tail, but what does a gyro do on a car?

it will counter the steering if u oversteer...

I imagine it helps deal with spins and slides. Could be really useful for larger scale cars and trucks.
