in this case sasuke is the midle of kakashi and itachi. Is sharingan is stronger then kakashi and weaker then itachi, so neji byakugan and sasuke sharingan are at the same level

neji would kill sasuke and when neji fought hinata kakshi said neji was more skilled but that was then...but i think sasuke might win in shippuden but in the series were there 13 neji would kill him just like he almost did hinata.
The byakugan hasnt even been seen against a genjutsu yet so we dont know its capabilities yet. It can trace movments just like sharringan but, sharringan cant trace the 68 chakra points and cant make a chakra field around the eyes user. sharringan can make illusions ulike the byakugan and im not saying all sharingan can only itachi as of right now.

It's not "Sasuke can be faster" It's Sasuke is about 10x faster. Even if Neji see's it he won't beable to react because he'd be chopped in half already. Do you even read the manga? I doubt it. Sasuke was holding his own against ITACHI. Even Itachi's bitch(Kisame) takes out Neji in mere seconds. Hell that was just a clone of his clone that took out Neji in seconds. No i don't even know who Ranmaru and Yakumo is, because fillars aren't canon.

Umm i don't understand half of what you're trying to say.. current Neji has NO chance to react to Sasuke's speed. Hell, even 30% Kisame's CLONE was able to easily own Neji quickly. Sasuke's speed is far above Kisame, let alone a clone of his 30% clone. Byakugen CANNOT see through Genjutsu and Counter them, that's SHARINGANs power, not Byakugen,

In episode 22, Lee beat Sasuke like nothing...without even drop his weight training tools.
During Chuunin exam, Neiji wasn't impressed by Lee's weightless speed while everyone else was already "WTF!!!" at Lee's super speed. However, Neiji did go "WTF!" too when Lee opened 5 gates.
5-gate Lee > Neiji > weightless Lee > Lee with weight > Sasuke

I dont think that neji would lose with sasuke. He is fast and strong and sasuke just wont be able to watch him and get the same speed as him neither he uses Sharingan. We all now that Sasuke won luckly versus Naruto, so dont tell me he would kill Neji because he uses Byakugan and the rotation palm versus the Sharingagn and the Chidori, and also the 64 palms are really strong, what sasuke will do to stop that???

Only Lee can beat Neji with his own abilities. Gaara and Naruto both used demon's chakra which is like cheating.
Besides, the author favored Naruto too much because he is the main character and the name of the show. In reality, the way Naruto beat Neji at chunin exam was NOT possible.
If you think this for a moment, everyone else who hide and attacked from underground had earth type of justu. Naruto did NOT. He actually dug a tunnel with hands. Which was impossible to do so that fast!

I did see the fight, but it still took up a lot of chakra for Neji to do that. If Sasuke looses the headstongedness, he has a chance. There's also my point on curse mark, (I have read the manga by the way, so no comments on it) but I actually agree with Neji winning... He should have beaten Naruto, and the only reason he didn't was the Nine Tailed Foxes chakra interveining.

Well, when Sasuke goes curse mark, he would probably win, but that's technically cheating. If you watch Gozar, You recognise this. It's steroid use!!!! lol. Anyway. Normally, I think Neji could beat Sasuke, because Sasuke, unlike Kidoumaru, is a close combat fighter. Neji's main weakness was long distance fights.... apart from Naruto used the Nine Tailed Fox to beat him.... but that's cheating anyway.

Huh? Byakugen can only give a huge field of view, and see chakra lines.
Sharingan can read every jutsu, ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu, copy, predict movements, see chakra flow.
His speed is faar superior then Neji's that he basically dwarfs him in that department, his array of jutsu is faaar superior then Neji's, his intelligence is higher, and now he has mangekyou and can finish him off in a second with tsukiyomi or amaterasu
Or just speedblitz him with his sword or his lightning line

After time skip, at the latest manga, sure Sasuke is stronger.
However, the only reason Neiji didn't improve as fast is because that Sasuke was trained by S-rank Orochimaru. While Neiji was trained by...Gai? And Hinata's father? Gai didn't even really train him...he put all time on Lee. Besides, Sasuke did nothing but training in 2.5 years, while Neiji had to do one mission after another.
Neiji is still the strongest among Konoah 11 rookies, since he is the only Jounnin in that group.

fyi Vash just cause they are jounin doesnt mean they are stronger... for instance the chunin exam... the exam is not based on who won the match but from that outcome coupled with the opinion of the hokage... so just cause Neiji is a jounin doesnt make him and better than the other Konoha rookies... title doesnt mean anything in that sense... i am pretty sure time skip naruto could kick his butt...

The byakugan hasnt even been seen against a genjutsu yet so we dont know its capabilities yet. It can trace movments just like sharringan but, sharringan cant trace the 68 chakra points and cant make a chakra field around the eyes user. sharringan can make illusions ulike the byakugan and im not saying all sharingan can only itachi as of right now.

byuakugan can also see body movements like sharingan but cannot copy the jutsu and for eternal you cant say ex sasuke and itachi combo because sasuke didnt take itachi's sharingan and even if itachi transfered hiseye techniques sasuke didnt have mangekyou at the time so no eternal fo
