Marc Emery CHOSE to be extradited. He could have easily claimed Immunity but did not, and when told about the option said that he wanted to go to jail so people would elect him when he gets out. Rob Nicholson signed an agreement between Emery The Martyr and the US government, one that Marc said YES to, and which he could have said NO to.
