  • I just found you, so happy for you and your family. best wishes from Humble

  • I would keep bottled water in the lil side table

  • i love tie dye! awesome!! i cant wait to meet him! aww im so excited, cant wait..i think that the rug is fine..as long as you vacuum which i know you do from watching your videos! yay i will cloth diaper and breast feed one day too! in the cabinet beside the crib you could put, breastfeeding goodies, lanolin, snacks, mag and pump..and music maybe? and maybe some blankets for when your sitting down and your feet get cold in the middle of the night? your so organized already though!

  • In my little "nursing area" I kept some breastfeeding books in case I had a quick question that I wanted to browse, some water bottles, dry snacks, lanolin, extra pads, a burp cloth, a lotion for me because im addicted lol, and I think that was it.

  • I wish I would have cloth diapered my son from birth, I started when he was 10 months old and my daughter has been from birth but you are so smart to start from birth! AND little newborn cloth diapers kill me they are so cute lol.

  • I loved that spray oil! lol by palmers, it is wonderful!

  • I.am.so.behind.on.vlogs.!!! but I can't wait to see the nursery when it's all done!

  • You have inspired me to get a move on with getting my room sorted for Hayden =]

Thank youuuu lol I love watching your videos btw xxx

  • coming along beautifully!

  • Everything is coming along so cutiful :D) I just seriously love Colby's pillow. The rocking chair area looks so nice. I cannot wait for it all to be done :D)

  • also, keep a few receiving blankets. we use them in the tub to line it! we used a few old tee shirts cup into squares as her wipes too :)

  • as far as a nursing station - I would get a little bucket with all the stuff you want and just tote that around. I spent a LOT of time nursing on our bed. it was way more comfortable. also, if you want to nurse on the couch etc you will have everything you need. I always needed my phone, a DRINK!, sometimes a snack, something to read, burp cloths!, nipple cream (I used it every time after she nursed religiously and never got cracked nipples - mother love, cloth nursing pads, maybe a milkie saver

  • Cute room. Maybe some breast cream and pads burp cloths would be of good use in the cabinet since its your feeding area.

  • Be careful with the nets, I had that as a child and the cat thought it made a great bed, and once I started to walk and run, I would find a stool and climb up in it. I thought it would make a great bed as well. Lol

  • Oh, I'm loving the nursary Kelsey. Its super cute xx

  • Love that picture frame, I gave the same one to my mom for Christmas with an ultrasound picture. Cute stuff so far, can't wait to see it all finished.

  • It's looking pretty nice!! I can't wait for it to be finish it's soo gonna look amazing.

  • Its looks good for not being completed . If your not loving the rug . I would look for a rug that has some similar to the bedding. Or something with circles as well . And not shaggy cause they collect lots of dust. And makes allergy worst . Just a little insight . Can't wait to see it done . Have you made a cloth diapers stash video ?

  • @lookwhatdaddydid I'll make a cloth diaper stash video when the last few things I ordered come in the mail.

  • Can you do a house tour??

  • @amadison747 I might do one at some point when we are a bit more organized with shifting things around to make room for baby.

  • Everything looks great, very organized!

  • For the clothes, you can buy travel/storage bags that you vaccum and they make a large stack of clothes into a small package. The down side is that they will all be wrinkled but 9 out of 10 you are going to rewash them anyway. The clothes will keep dry and bug free in the sealed bags. I have found them in Target near the containers/vaccums, luggage area

The nursery is looking really nice. Now we just need baby Nolan!

  • Wow, It's really coming along and it's great to see the things that mommy and daddy put together with love. Great Ideas, you can check amazon for the teddy bear hammock (net for the stuffies). Awesome Job, I also read in my rocker in my soon to be sons room and read baby books and just sit in anticipation. Pretty awesome

  • GO LONGHORNS!!! ;)

  • Its going to be really cute! I think the art wall is a great idea, especially since his big sis Roxie will be helping with her own painting. Isn't it fun seeing this come together? I love it!

  • Thanks!

  • Yes they are my only babies for now :-) I have two boys Bear a black chow chow 6years old & and Zeus an old English bulldog 2years old. (The crazy one ;-). Oh I watched the city mini review and you got a great gift . Love the color you have and the Red one too. And the good thing about it is that a chicco car seat is compatible with it.

  • A really great way to keep bugs out of your clothes is to stick dryer sheets in between everything in your buckets; it also makes everything smell good :)

  • I am so excited for you. I can't wait til little Nolen comes!

I just found out the other day that I am expecting. I've been trying since 2009 after I had a miscarriage in 2008. Hoping it all goes well this time!

  • It's all coming together!! Love your channel......I just posted my 1st video, please sub if you are interested

  • that picture frame is sweet when he asks where babies come from you can simply tell him you made him with roxy's tail :)

  • Roxy looks much like My Zeus they are the same breed. I didn't realize it till my husband said " she looks just like Zeus." I have to get video of him so you can see him. :-)

  • @WaitingNPraying Don't you love them!?

  • You are so organized. I loooove your nursery. Just reminds me I have to really get my butt into action lol

  • It looks super cute! :) Can you do a diaper stash video please?

  • @tayboox33 I'm waiting on a few things to come in the mail and then I certainly will!

  • where did you get the black drawer organizer/dividers?

  • @hopefaithjoy13 Ikea

  • You are totally all set and I cant wait to see the letters!! So exciting seeing all the progress :)

  • Nursing station storage ideas: Hand lotion, lip balm, nipple cream, water, snacks, couple extra burp cloths, book to read to baby, notepad and pen (to write down stuff that comes to mind that needs to be done, picked up, ect. or to jot down milestones)

....That's all I can think of right now :) I really like his room. Y'all have done a great job. And I'm very impressed by Colby's sewing skills :)

  • @MyTTCjournal And extra nursing pads.

  • Thanks for the progress tour.I now will consider something similar to your glider side table, and a must for me maybe will include headphones for watching YT vids on the laptop.I have a similar glider to yours without the ottoman as well, I wished I had a husband who could do me up a new cover for it and curtains while at it like your husband, how did he learn those skills? We have rugs in our progress nursery too which my dog thinks is his spot.

  • Hi, Kelsey. I have been unable to find you on FB. What is your user name?

  • @sld1221 You can look me up by searching "plus1please@gmail.com". Please let me know who you are when friend requesting.

  • super cute - love the setup and love the rug/color. :)

  • Are u going to record how u tied eyed the snap shirts?

  • @Katlyn5678 I will!

  • @Katlyn5678 TIE DYE VIDEO! :) pleeeease!

  • Ohhh you mean a...pet net?!?!?! i had one of those! yes! maddie on the glider :) luna looooves ours! ahhhhh i love the tye dyed! love it! luna loooves our blue rug in the nursery...oooo roxy you cute mofo! prep burp cloths? you mean wash? dont overwhelm me with fancy words! i need that white sidetable...where is it frommmm. thanks bud

  • @lunaandneville LOL, "pet net". Never heard that! I just have no other place to put his growing collection of puppets (and the inevitable stuffed animals he will end up with as gifts from people). I was planning to prep the burp cloths the same as prefolds (boiling them) because they get more absorbent the more you wash them, but I don't want to do several wash cycles because I'm cheap! The side table is from Ikea. We got it in the "as is" section for $40 because there is a scratch on top.

  • Love it.

The rug is gorgeous.oh Maddy! You are beautiful but you don't want to give baby Nolen asthma! hahahaha

I love the sound of his name letters. So jealous of how lovely it'll be!

Next to you nursing I'd have muslin squares or burp cloths obviously, emergency bottled water, nipple cream and pads, a good book, maybe a snack like granola bars etc.

I always get thristy feeding and sometimes bored! lol

  • @lumdeedums Ah, lots of good things to add to the list. Thank you!

  • Awesome video! Next to the nursing station, don't forget water and maybe some mints. My mouth always got so dry.... odd.

  • @Megan1O2O Thank you! I will add those to the list.

  • Are you going to to a video showing us what you get from your baby shower? Sorry If you've said and I missed it haha

  • @lifeworthsharing I sure will. Our first is on February 4.
