@YoruIsFluffy Incorrect. Promo cards are 2 stars. The 7 star Gotenks cards are considered "uber" rare - however they're not rare at all - you'd be lucky to get $5 for the pair.

@animemaster9395 Actually, 7 star are "Premium" but you are right, it's not rare at all. With a level 1 and 2 in every Buu saga Starter Deck. The 6 star level 3 would be worth something tho.

@pkm2209 Every DBZ CCG Booster Box comes with 36 Booster packs. The amount of cards in each pack depends on the Saga and if it is limited/unlimited.

I have Super Saiyan Goku lvl 4 ULTRA RARE in 100% Mint condition from this saga. How can I tell if it is Limited Edition? And if it is, what would its value be?

@eliasmcclain The Japanese symbol in the bottom right of the card means it is limited. If there is no symbol, it is not limited (or unlimited). I am unsure of the value without looking into it. You can check yourself, ebay would be your best bet.
