@ijustinegaming here are the controls i got from my SR3 help booklet for car controls for the radio so you can change the stations and not have to listen to the one lady to change radio stations you have to either click  on the D pad and it should change the radio stations ok (i do not think you're dumb i just notice you were having trouble and were being annoyed by the one lady)
