Sridevi is far better than Madhuri.  She looks breathtakingly gorgeous in every shot and angle. She aces those difficult dances in those sarees.

I found the "Beta" version to be too dark and somewhat on the vulgar side.

Beta was shot in the dark at night, obviously its going to look dark. This song was shot in broad daylight, why dont you see the moves that sridevi makes at 1.32 mins and several of her other moves are also vulgar so dont blame beta for being vulgar and madhuri is a much better dancer than sridevi - several examples can follow if you need them where madhuri is in a saree.

Sridevi is not making an vulgar move in this song. We were not even allowed listen to Dhak Dhak when Beta released...it was considered so vulgar. Madhuri is a better dancer Sridevi is a much much better actress and though she is not trained, has done much more difficult dances.
