From what i've seen it makes no difference at all. These always bring in jackpot reels every so often (reels 4 and 5 every spin), when it's doing this though you hardly ever get the dings!

I got a full screen today, shortly after it started bringing in these on reels four and five. I had one reel king worth £20 after about another £30 through.
