You got all the best scenes except for the one that I thought was the best of all: where he's rappelling down the staircase, spinning, and shooting all the bad guys. Then Paul Giamatti says, "Is he that good or do we just really suck?" It captured the spirit of the movie perfectly. Rather than even try to make a realistic action movie, it just took all the action movie chliches and multiplied them by 10, all the while offering ironic commentary with a wink from the main characters. Top 11.
