Tip: In this mission send out 2 groups of fighters and 1 group of dive bombers and tarpedo bombers.......clear a path and send the B-17s from the west side of the island.

well one way i did it was to launch 2 sets of fighters, let them go and start attacking the other planes then set off a dive bomber and torpedo bomber off. Let the torpedo bomber start the the first pair of ships, while the dive bomber goes round everything to start attackin the airfield or shipyard. At the same time send in the B-17 round either the east or west side, preferably the west side.Then when one is destroyed, bring back the dive bombers to change for torpedo and do the other ships

What he should've did was put ships out in blockade form, have fighters circle the carrier and air base, send dive bombers to destroy the enemy ships west of the base and the ship yard, and last, send B-17s northwest then east to the base with fighter escorts. Mission Complete...
