i am 42 years old , i have baggy eyes, and i notice with time that they are falling down, which i hate it, but i have a huge problem i am super afraid to surgeries, anesthesia etc, so do you think the upper eyelid surgey can be perfomed without general anesthesia neither under sedaiton, just local?, also i am in charlotte north carolina, so how many days do you think i have to stay there in california, also how much it would cost?

2) My eyelid crease is not symmetrical. Can this be corrected?
