  • wow is rare you get the truth from the BBC (British Bullshit Corporation)

  • 1:01

    Gigantic waterslide

  • Forget the politics. Everyone does something stupid or has done something stupid at 20. He ran from his problems. Bad childhood with divorced parents, unfaithful wife, facing possible charges in the army his new parents he went and found someone to take care of him the North Korean State. Now too old and too scared to speak his mind he settles resigned to his dismal existence in country that seems to be mad.

  • @mosquito103 how do u gauge mad, cos they manage to keep US/UK/UN at bay, and do continue to manage their own affairs as they will, seems sound to me

  • @colocolopity If you have a population thinking they can buy happiness through consumerism that's crazy. If you have population that believe their happiness comes from the great leader that's crazy. North Koreans can be in control of their own affairs if they are allowed to travel. If they have freedoms spelled out in the Declaration of Human Rights. Open the border reunite families hold talks for reunification and let people really choose their destiny. Let the people decide if he's great.

  • @mosquito103 due to the collective way of thinking of north koreans they have very much decided, they are very suspicious of westerners, who could blame them, their govt's (alledged) are a shower of murderers!

  • @colocolopity I'd like to see the US leave the Korean peninsula. The South has the means and the money to defend itself. It would be great to see the country unified peacefully like Germany. As for the American defector it would be a great healing of his personal demons if he could leave North Korea and visit the states. Let his children see the country of his birth. Let Koreans be Koreans and allow them to openly choose by ballot if they should remain separate or work towards reunification.

  • The communist ideology is actually what almost every country tries to pursue. It is really how that countries goes about it. But in reality, communism and capitalism don't exist. Not even north Korea which is more so stalinistic / sick dictatorship.

  • If he was from West Virginia, he WAS NOT a child of the South. BBC, don't you DARE try to put his blood on us.

  • He's kinda melodramatic, it's pretty obvious this phony has been rehearsing for the past 40 years.

  • It was in the interests of corporations to destroy communism not the people and the corporate whores carried that plan to destroy communism. (No no I am not a communist nor am I a modern day capitalist)

  • communism is not bad but its how the country impiments it. there is no perfect goverment because humans are imperfect.

  • ahh you dont know what a military school is. its basically college just with military education added on. like learning how to perform maneuvers, to lead men. how to think strategically, to learn tactics etc. i think i can say with 100% accuracy every country in the world has military school. whether theyre like ours or just dedicated to military stuff i cant say.

  • Speaking up against imperialism (lie Joe Dresnok in North Korea) is easy if you're allowed to posses an US-imperialistic Apple computer (1:20) with internet connection. Dresnok now lives in an apartment in Pyongyang, with his family, that has been provided to them by the North Korean government, along with a monthly stipend. It looks like supports the DPRK as long as they provide him with everything necessary to live his capitalistic life.

  • @rolchan Are we sure that was his Apple computer and not the filmmakers providing it to him to show him pictures and/or video/audio from Virginia?

  • @BobbyBlackwolf its was the filmmakers i think, thats the impression i got, but as for liquor smokes, and hes a celebrity who the fuck wouldnt like it, he prolly lives a pretty good life there, not having to do shit, and revered by the people

  • Military school, that's some pretty fucked up shit.

  • @lurconis666

America has military schools, is that fucked up to you??

  • @Mcmotherfuckingrory It is if admission is on an involuntary basis.

  • @lurconis666 Hmm.. Drafting existed in WW1, I'm not sure about WW2. Drafting is involuntary admission, just so you know. In layman's terms, yes, your country forced your male ancestors to fight a war and they sub indiscriminantly had no choice.

  • @spankysteez

Draft did exist in WW2. It was started even before Pearl Harbor.

  • we human had 2 stop this BS

  • How the chessmasters laugh at our gullibility.
