The koran was not finally finished until at least 150 years after Muhammad's death and was compiled by memory. In Orthodox libraries, there exists the original Bible and Scripture texts.. The canons and dogmas of the Church were all decided at the Seven Ecumenical Councils. The Bible, regardless of translations. has the same messages. The koran holds no inspiration or revelations.

@xiaahmad They are all correct. They all contain the main Gospels, the same messages and teachings. In the Roman Catholic and Orthodox Traditions, those Gospels and other writings/manuscripts that are not contained in the "main" Bible are still taken into consideration in the Faith. To state that the Bible is "wrong and corrupt" is being ignorant. This can be said of the koran, which denies the Crucifixion, amongst other contradictions. The Crucifixion is in the Bible and historically recorded.

This video only proves the ignorance of certain musims. There never was an aramaic text. even if jesus spoke aramaic it would make no difference at all. They also spoke latin and hebrew in those days. Todays bible translations are based on the earliest manuscripts. Anything added into the text would be well known. The books of the bible as translated today are entirely accurate.

also at jesus time and after him one or two generations there was no such thing called New testement even

Jesus and his followers taught the Gospel which is a message. This is all recorded in the books of the NT. It does not have to be recorded at the time it happens. Such was the case with all prophets, noah, abraham, etc.

Even if for the sake of argument the bible was wrong, it still doesnt mean quran is right. Quran is wrong no matter what one believes. And the bible is far far more believable than the quran.

Yeah I have to say this video contains many falsehoods. The authorship of John is not shrouded in obscurity in fact internal and external sources back the traditions of the church. But more importantly in 1 Timothy 3: 15 its the church not the bible which is the pillar and bulwork of truth therefore I believe because of the Church that being the Catholic church not just because of scripture alone. The Church guided by the Holy Spirit has authority for compilation of the canon they did not error

Btw, most of the information of this video is false. Peter was an eye-witness, a direct dicsiple of jesus. He is thought to be behind the Gospel of Mark. John was also a direct dicsiple -- obviously proving that "parts" of this video to be false must mean it ALL corrupt hey?

Even if the Bible was "corrupted", why would you think that it would have "originally" read anything like (not contradictory, unlike what the Bible is today [to the koran]) the Koran????

It's a logical fallacy to think that; based on assumption. You can "prove" biblical corruption all you like, but it still doesn't prove Islam, or the Koran to be right.
