I really don't understand why Mahalo hasn't blown-up huge yet. You're an engaging host, who represents computer culture in a positive light. Most of the topics for your videos are very current and cool ("How To Tie A Tie" not withstanding ;). Maybe Mahalo needs a better advertising and publicity strategy? You have excellent content, but people just don't seem to know you're there. Perhaps some kind of crossover with G4 TV would be beneficial? I don't know, but I'll definitely keep watching!

No auto-play, please... Although the best solution would be to "empower" the user by having a preference page that switches auto-play on/off and saves the info in a cookie. That way, you leave the option to those who want auto-play.
I think there should be the option to turn the autoplay off. This would help those with slower connections; jump videos are no fun. Though I have a cable modem, I usually like the video to buffer all the way before I watch 1) so that it doesn't skip and 2) I can read any other info below such as a description of the video and/or comments.

I liked having the video embedded on the page. Surely there is a way to have the video embedded without the video playing automatically.
You should at least offer a link to the youtube version of every video since I don't want to have to download every video.

I think turning off the autoplay is a good idea. It gives people a chance to let the page load before they actually click on the video.

Autoplay off is the way to go.
When opening a bunch of bookmarks in separate tabs, it's always super annoying when one (or many) of them automatically start playing their media.
