Why can't oil glands be destroyed,like hair follicles?? Then,the person could just use some kind of prescibed lotion to keep the skin in condition? My heart breaks for these poor people!

i have this type of acne. its horrible. however im in my 2nd month of taking 1 antibodic in the morning and 2 trention and 1 antibodic at night
