Very well stated. This administration is willing to dictate the terms of compensation for large corporations and to decide what must be disclosed to the public. Yet, organizations like the FED, ACORN, Fannie Mae, etc. that receive billions are allowed to operate in almost total secrecy and to pay huge salaries. This is both highly political and very probably unconstitutional. What gives Congress the power to decide the contractual terms for businesses?
