  • @ 3:24 Laywer says to female plaintiff, " I want you to grab my cock with your mouth."

  • @ 3:38 Did you get a good enough blow? Fucking great!

  • I am stoned sober

  • So what do we have? Attorney drinks a bit too much (perhaps a little drug use?); drives intoxicated; gets into an accident; fails to report it; leaves car (and scene of crime); comes to court hungover and talks his way into a hole? If my understanding is correct, is that what we are supposed to presume happened here? If I were him, I'd keep my mouth closed. Just sayin', he didn't help himself.

  • Maybe he should plead the 5th? I can't wait to take the LSAT and see if I can get into law school; I'm hoping to get into University of Miami.

  • @RobertLeabo Nevermind-- re-watched and got that she wasn't charging him. I was sort of zoning out while watching the video; between his nonsensical rant and the poor quality of the video, it was hard for me to follow.

  • @RobertLeabo Its because you are American that you are unable to follow along.

  • @699backstab THANK YOU so much for that personal attack. I really needed it!

  • @RobertLeabo Hey personal attacks are what I do.

  • @699backstab Is it a sad, lonely existence? If so, I feel bad for you. I'm honestly not offended, but I say-- seek help! :)

  • @RobertLeabo Don't feed the trolls.

  • @Necromancer999 Sorry, sorry, I forget proper internet etiquette.

  • People fuck up sometimes cut him a break.

  • @tampabayismyhome Thats not fair to his client

  • "Just blow, so I can be confident." lmao

  • The lawyer needs a lawyer..

  • Bingo Bingo Caramingo

  • Hmmm? Perhaps this is a good argument for trap doors underneath attorney's chairs! When the judge has heard enough crap from an attorney-ZAP! Press the button-buh-bye Mr/Ms Attorney!!

  • lol prosecutors making bets on the result :-D

  • imagine if this was Judge Judy :)

  • the judge entertained him too long for me

  • Did you get a good blow? YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO BLOW GOOD!! LMAO

  • DENIAL runs deep

  • Blow you drunk

  • The guy's name is Joseph Caramagno

  • so THIS is why the judicial system takes so long!

  • 7:48, did he say another grandmother died? Bwahaha!!

  • This judge has the patience of a saint! I wish I had half of her patience! Most judges would have thrown him under the jail! This guy was extremely lucky!

  • this judge sounds SO MUCH like cheryl from Curb Your Enthusiasm

  • "I have respect and honor for your honor"

  • Mr jokitunas is an idiot for not dismissing this Jack leg!

  • This is the weirdest episode of "Intervention" ever.

  • He came in at 11:15, tested at 1:46, judge counts an hour and a half time lapsed...math fail

  • You're busted you dickhead, quit trying to lie your way out of it!!!! Moron.

  • I hope this was the attorney's bottom. What a nightmare. Once he begins treating his disease instead of letting his disease treat him he won't have to go through humiliations like this one anymore.

  • DAMN! This has been one tolerate Judge!

  • Alcohol makes you stupid.

  • I wonder if the guy who was getting sentence was present listening to his lawyer bs...

  • @copavida uh he's sitting next to him

  • @copavida they usually sit next to their lawyers.

  • This is gold. Each part just got better and better.

  • Damn, he lost his grandmother two weeks ago and then rear ended in his Audi this morning and left his car on the side of the road. The only thing missing is the robbery of his documents. For a lawyer, this guy doesn't know when to shut up. I wonder if he was a court appointed lawyer for this defendant.

  • This judge is being super tight about it.. The guy can't even come up with a straight story.. He would have been so much better off just telling the truth she probably wouldn't have done anything.

  • if i was going 4 life i would want a judge to stick up 4 me instead of relying on my atourney to point that out but it also prooves that all the important people are discussing the case on a personal level judge stated he was in her presence the night before

  • BRAVO!! BRAVO!!!

  • Better than ANY one act play period!!

  • wtf???

  • wtf??????????????? LMFAO!!

  • Dude got owned!

  • And the winning number is .075

He too drunk to know when to just shut up

  • My favorite part is where he swears he's "stoned sober".

  • Why didn't he just fake a terrrible illness and not show up at all?????

  • @jksonny If he was sober enough to come up with that idea, there would have been no problem.

  • @lytrigian Good point.

  • Humiliation of def. and all. Maybe the dude got lucky, at least to an extent, potentially.

  • Prosecutors win, but they probably suffered losses on the case against the def. because of this.

  • This guys lips must have been watering when the judge said "blow"

  • "Go aheaad and blow." But, judge, he already did that throughout the night aand the morning, that's the problem - too much BLOW! Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

  • So the judge has probably incarcerated a lot of people for DWI but now that it's a member of the court, she only wants to help him? He was probably working again the next week because of all the back door schmoozing going on.

  • @spinmonkey4401 NBC did a special on him...he lost his lisence to practice law in the state of Nevada.

  • BWAHAHAH This is just so epic. The funniest thing is that he probably would have been fine if he had just kept his mouth shut to begin with instead of constantly volunteering all kinds of information over and over haha

  • i have nothing but honor for your honor.... smooth

  • BLOW IN THE DAMN BAG!!!!!!!

  • That judge was way too nice to him.

  • Greasy fuckin lawyers think they're smarter than everyone. What a fool. I hope you're getting corn holed in prison you scavenger

  • I love how it took hours to get rid of him.

  • ''philosophically I'd never call 911''? Sure it wouldn't take much to re-consider your position on those philosophies: house burning down maybe? Burglar in your house? etc etc. How does a completer moron end up becoming a lawyer?

  • @citizenjlk Obvious lie, he didn't want to be given a sobriety test, AND be found on/with cocaine.

  • "It's still climbing."

    HAHAHA

  • The Judge is great.

  • that's the vegas legal system for ya.

  • @geoffhang10 ~~ you ~ got it ~ he did everything above !!! Boy does he know how to make up things as he goes are what ??? hahaha !! ~~ I think he should of saved he stupid ass and call in sick daaaaaaaaaa !!! ^_^

  • he is stone sober wow idiot just shut up he shouldve just stayd home wow wat a moron thinkning nooo one will notice wow thats a first ahaaaaaaaaaaa

  • this judge at least wants to help....

  • I love how the prosecutor just started picking his shit up after the breathalyzer test.

  • Just clear your name and blow. Ha ha ha

  • I think we've all experienced the deadly and never ending web that lying can cause, but I imagine most of us that have experienced it in our pre-teen years. I think this tape should be shown in schools and maybe even church as a deterrent to kids and the danger and just utter stupidity of lying.

  • Yeah this isn't a mistrial because he showed up wasted.....you only do that for something huge, like jury tampering or purgery.

  • she never declared a mistrial that I could tell...

  • Wow. I think the judge is fair and professional on how she handed the lawyer.

  • Wow. What possesses him to now shut the fuck up and agree? The evidence against him is overwhelming, even if he is intoxicated, I thought he would have just conceded. But no.

  • Wow. I love how the Judge officially told him to "blow". Hahaha

  • "I can represent as an officer to the court, im not intoxicated" bitch u drunk and so am i as i comment stfu lol

  • She wanted to say "you cant even represent deez nuts" but she remembered she is a judge

  • Holy shit! amazing!!

  • He could have gotten out of all this by having his office call in sick for him.

  • I work this guy . I was just with him 20 mins ago . He is a great person but too funny .

  • @fountainderick

A great guy doesn't show up to court shit faced. Period.

I'm sure he lost his bar for this.

  • lol woman clearly amused at 3:24

  • i am a barrister myself. i am like shut up you. don't make it worse. an embarrassment

  • The client is risking a life sentence for kidnapping (as one commenter informed us of)?!! Kidnapping is a bad crime but can't see how that warrants life in prison. Anyone knows what crime he committed?

  • "philllisssofficleee I've never called 9-1-1."

    Just shut up. Stop lying!!

  • As a lawyer, he should have known the law and he should have asked for a lawyer. The fact that the judge said she has never had a lawyer, being that she probably is a lawyer herself, shows that even women lie even when lawyers. If this case was a mistrial because the lawyer was drunk, well, isn't that a good defense? Might the suspect now have an argument that as it stand now he can't a fair trial? Brilliant!

  • I have never seen a more patient judge.

  • Every person on trial deserves to have a judge like this. No one should be facing a felony charge, guilty or not, with a drunk lawyer.

  • This guy should be disbarred. If he weren't a lawyer he would have been arrested after 60 seconds. Perfect example of how lawyers protect each other. The Judge was trying every way she could to find a way out for this guy. Even the cops thought he was going to be arrested, moved forward, then she keep talking. Disbar the SOB.

  • @1980PintoMan As stated in the past videos, she was building a case to get him disbarred because of his actions in court. She wasn't finding a way out for him. She was talking him into oblivion.

  • total humiliation. i wonder if it was enough to sober him up.

  • I have nothing but respect and honor for your honor...lol, this guy is a complete tard

  • wow 0:35 she really lets him have it.. gotta say none of what she says looks good in his favor..

  • haha at 4:17 he said "im stoned sober" lol

  • OJ Simpson and Court TV aint got shit on this guy!

  • Funniest video ever! OJ Simpson and Court TV aint got shit on this guy!

  • Wow, he played the "dead grandma" card... lol, total desperation

  • LOL 8:15 the cop puts his head down in shame

  • Most amazing thing is that the Nevada bar *still* let the guy keep practicing. Unbelievable. The amount of corruption required to disbar a Las Vegas lawyer probably outweighs the total corruption in most third world countries.

  • haha "is it done?".... "no still climbing"

  • Max Fischer from Rushmore!

  • This judge is just another STAR CHAMBER WARLOCK!

  • What the fuck has his brother dying in 99 got to do with this shit.

  • @joe1969812 lol

  • @tberg323 he failed. .08 is to drive a car. .00 is to try a case. He admitted to drinking that day. At the office 4:00 am and when he got home. He was drinking before the case. FAIL. He brought a hooker to court. FAIL.

  • hahaha this dude fucked up.... BAD

  • So he passed. What's the problem?

  • The attorney should shut his mouth a get an attorney. A sober one.

  • @reno93535 Plead the 5th? He's an attorney so naturally he thinks he's 'slick and savvy,' unfortunately that only bites him in the ass.

  • This went from the Defendant being pissed to the DA being PISSED.

You know they were looking forward to sending someone off to life in prison, not a mistrial.

  • 1. Woke up late because he was wasted the night before.

    2. Drank 2 beers while taking a shower.

    3. Got into a crash on the way to court.

    4. Calls coke dealer " Mr Sharky " says he will meet him at the court cafe.

    5. Has a drink, snorts some coke and asks Sharkys ho if she would escort him to the court.

    The rest is history.

  • It looks like he didnt pass the BAR..... Get it?... Bar ... (tap tap) hello? is thing on?

  • @batterygrunt gar har!

  • @batterygrunt LOL

  • I think everyone deserves a second chance. But WTF was he thinkin in wanting to continue the trial.

He should have told her(in "chambers", sry don't know what that is) what really happened.

And I'm sure she would have respected that more.

  • pompous FUCK...i lost my dog 7 years ago, i lost my parakeet...it didn't die, it just flew away

  • pompous FUCK

  • they should not fire him yet but start by putting him in the drunk tank for a couple hours, then send him to the next AA meeting. Even alchies need a second chance.

  • dumbass shoulda called in sick

  • @hhhuman That's awsome!

  • Good work, Judge. This is painful to watch - JUST BLOW, GODDAMN YOU! xD

  • Look up JUDGE MICHELLE LEAVITT. A lot don't like the Judge.

  • OBJECTIOOOoOoooo- *collapses to the floor drunk*

  • i like how the cops creepin on the defense lawyer

  • Does anyone have any recent updates on this lawyer (Joseph S. Caramagno)?

  • @td84 seems that he is clean now, after being bar suspended and getting into rehab

    .reviewjournal. com/lvrj_home/2006/Nov-19-Sun-2006/news/10910327. html

  • @cellowww Thanks. I found that article after spending a little bit of researching. I showed this video to all my co-workers (police), we all laughed and wanted to be court officers for stuff like this.

  • @td84 its shocking how this video was just the tip of the iceberg for this guy, he later confessed being into cocaine AND booze. The judge was really noble spending almost 4 hours trying to understand the issue and finally helping the man.

I quit being a lawyer in Brasil due to our justice system being sssoooooooo slow. Some lawsuits can take up to 20 years, EASILY.

What kind of police work do you do?

  • @cellowww I think the judge wanted to have the hearing retried, because if the judge continued the defense would file for a mistrial and possibly file a complain against the judge for misconduct. I do admit that she was respectful, but I get a feeling it was for her protection. I've read about this judge's past can be very disrespectful towards the defense but I don't know if it's true.

I'm patrol officer, and thinking of going through the Washington State Law Program in a few years.

  • the judge was preserving the record upon which to base a mistrial, and SEVERE sanctions, against the lawyer.

this guy is in SO much trouble. showing up drunk is bad, but lying to a judge repeatedly is worse.

  • Most awesome judge ever!

  • The judge is awesome. Too bad he keeps lying. She seems to have everyone's best interest.

  • That's got to be the nicest judge I've ever seen. I didn't know a judge could be that nice even. It's a good thing she wasn't bitch Judy!

  • taking everyones time with his "problem" the real problem was his problem with lying. and he should be disbarred,. what an ass,. i'd be screaming if this ass was representing me! all he cares about is money most likely,. oooh all those lies,. wow,. what a buffoon,.!

  • He keeps repeating himself. He should have shut up a long time ago!

  • I've looked at the judge's picture....she's just as sexy-looking as she sounds.

  • what happened to the lawyer and to his cilent in this matter?

  • "11:15 AM to 1:46 PM, almost 1-1/2 hours later..." o.o

  • wow hate for that guy to be my lawyer!!

  • Blow good

  • Then blow me

  • isnt .075 legal?

  • @BxSQUIRREL Yeah, but he had been in court for 2 or so hours prior to the test. Thus it had to be higher before the test.

  • @macrent2 ohhh kk.. got it :)

  • lol..... this man is crazy! and the judge was sooo persistant.... she wanted to find something wrong! he is soooo fukked.... lol he is pissed drunks!!!

  • LOL MIS TRIAL? LIFE SENTENCE? GREAT PLAN TO WIN!!! GET DRUNK!!!

  • How is he not arrested at the very least, if not disbarred, for perjuring himself about eight times?

  • he is Clearly a Liar, he was Caught, the Judge is not breaking the law by asking him to blow into it!

  • @ChiefMargeGunderson the lawyer didnt swear under oath. so its not perjury.

  • "I have nothing but rethpect...and honor...for your honor..."

    Wow.

  • Lawyer: I can repasssent him

Client: No the hell you won't!!

  • Where'd the hooker go? I didn't see her leave.

  • @thegirl44 I don't know dude, I've been calling your mom all day. She won't pick up her phone.

  • Google the lawyers name, Joseph Caramingo, there's an interesting follow up article on what led to this.

Don't lawyers fall, statistically, around 5th or 6th for profession with high occurances of habitual substance abuse?

I'm pretty sure that my husband's entertainment lawyer is a cokehead, but he's damn good at his job, too.

  • .75 after an hour and a half in court? Don't you drop .05 per hour? I can't remember anymore. Also, remember he said a good samaratin by the name of Chris gave him a ride... then it happened to be Chris's car he wrecked? So who actually gave him a ride? Coincidence? He's so lucky it wasn't Judge Judy, he'da been disbarred.

  • WOW is all I can say.. over & over during this whole thing parts 1-4 Wow... wow... wow!! LOL Bwhahahahaha!!! XD

  • The judge's voice sounds like Cheryl Hines

  • @Beepbeepoutoftheway excellent reference!

  • Most patient judge ever. If that were me at the bench this video would have been 90 seconds long.

  • @obscenecommenter lol@90 seconds! i think it's absurd she gave him this long.

  • @obscenecommenter Ah, well said.

  • @obscenecommenter The judge was trying to build enough evidence to declare a mistrial.

  • @obscenecommenter yea its a funny story but really..we paid for 2 hours of this?

  • "I am stone sober" That would be good for a T-shirt

  • This turd should be in prison.

  • This guy sucks at lying, what a shitty attorney.

  • HAHA .075

"It was a residual from last night. I'm stone sober." HAHA That has to be the best part!
