  • Im original.. UR DIGITAL!

  • the first krumper!

  • Hammer you hitting in NewYork ha ha. This was my dude, Hammer you did your thing!

  • Seriously Hammer you got to give Hammer Props. He brought hip hop mainstream.

He has talent, vision, and he is smart. The only reason why he went bankrupt was because he tried helping so many of his friends. That is why he had a lot of dancers and such. Even after everything he was humble. Props to the hammer. You alll know if you grew up in the 90s you tried to dance like Hammer!

  • I've had that same arguement abiut him "selling out" ... I guess those people were envious at the time ...look at them now. Hammer opened the doors for them ....he made rap a global thing at the time. As cheesy as it might have sounded he put rap on the global map.

  • and then I waited for nwa to play express your self to record it on vhs.... ha hahah!

  • I liked Hammer back in the day, but dissin' DMC & Moe Dee was NOT kool!

  • This song was a DIS to NYC and NYC rappers like Run DMC.

  • @genXer3 I think it was like it had been ,just like he said in the song ''Let's Get It Started''.If you listen to 2:50-3:07 in this song his definitely getting what he has to say about NYC rappers off his chest, much respect to this dude.

  • 30 people disliked this because they didn't like it

  • @nWoHallNashHoganSyxx Please leave, your ignorance is stinking up the place.

  • @pbarrigher FUCK YOU SPOOK

  • @nWoHallNashHoganSyxx desperate cry for attention :-/ btw, D-Generation X was a far better marketing device than the nWo

  • this use to be my jam I don't care what nobody says he use to be the shitttttttttt I was about 10 or 11 up dancing my butt off when this song came out my cousin would record it on vhs an we would play it over and over lol those were the days

  • Hammer was Bad!

A lot of rappers at the time criticized him for "Selling out"( doing commercials endorsements, TV)....

Then went right ahead and did the SAME DAMN THING!

  • Im gonna turn this mutha OUT!!!!

  • I use to listen to hammer allll dayyyyy lol

  • Here comes the Hammer......Turn This Mutha Out!!!

  • Hammer! Come Back, but "Don't Hurt Me."

  • Hammer had great songs back in the days. If Hammer came out in the mid 80s until the end of the 80s all of those rappers wouldn't talk shit about him like they did. Because he came out in the late 80s to the early 90s when gangsta rap came out it was easy to ridicule him. Like they said he wasn't selling out, he was outselling. Some of these so called rappers wish they could sell 10 million records!!

  • MC Hammer is stright up money...LOL

  • 30 people got turned the fuck out.

  • Its time to Turn This Mutha Out ! Uploaded By 0800pcxpert check this out !

  • Is American ! You idiot , I bet this mutha really doesn't listen to Rap

  • "Turn this mutha out"

What does that mean? Can someone please translate it into English?

  • @gotubeogle It is in English. What does it sound like it means? I guess to paraphrase it means like let's really take it over the top, let's do this, let's go all out...anybody help me out here? I know what it means but it's hard to put in a phrase....

  • @gotubeogle where you from

  • Atlanta's Proper! LOL!!

  • UMMM HMMM!! LOLOLOL!! Lovin this video!

  • hammer was a great performer there is no doubt and he was ahead of his time today he would be the top in this climate

  • Hammer use to write THEME songs!

Getcha ass motivated to Work, School, The Club, a Funeral...

  • holy shit mc hammer is kind awesome!

  • I'm from the east coast and I used to live in the Bay Area. I went to the KMEL Summer Jam about 10yrs ago. Diddy, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Monica, Missy, Mary J Blige and Mariah were there. With All those headliners, Hammer stole show!!

  • @chltwn32 would you of really thought he wouldnt of???I mean really. The first time I seen him was in oakland when I was in the Corps and a bunch of us Marines went into a club and he was there promoting his new album and OMG,he then got up on the dance floor when they played turn this Muthaout and we were blown away!!!

  • @taogomom Yes I didn't think anything of Hammer tearin down that show. You gotta remember it was 2001, Hammer's light was out, those headliners were showstoppers. So of course goin to the show I didn' think anything of it. That was of course until Hammer got on stage and tore it down. Add that to the fact that that was the first time I saw him live. I'd seen Mary J Missy and Busta Rhymes before they were unreal.

  • @chltwn32

  • @chltwn32 Saw him in Sac in 94 it was the BEST show I've ever been to!

  • @chltwn32 It was 1999 or 2000, I was living in Richmond CA at the time and he definately stole the show, unbelievable performance. Didn't see it, but was listening live on KMEL.

  • Didn't know they still had Summer Jam. Thought KMEL went off the air and changed their format. I remember the summer jams from the late 80's and early 90's. The Shoreline is such a great venue.

  • BREAKBEAT!

  • Classic.....uhh, hip hop..

  • LOL! I love this beat. You gotta give it up when Hammer kills the bridge with those moves for real! Man, I wonder whatever happened to my hammer pants??

  • IM GOIN TURN THIS MOTHA OUT!!!

  • i like mc hammer because you can acctually understand his lyrics

  • Laugh if you want to, but Hammer was on fire in his prime. All those records he sold and all those awards he won had to come from somewhere. Rappers these days wish they could do Hammer's numbers!

  • @DutchKalhoun hammer was awesome in his prime.

  • Thanks for this! Takes me back!

  • This is great where did good rap go too i seen him Vanilla Ice and En Vogue my Moms went that tells you how good it was:)

  • mc hammer was the shit n the early 90's. i wish we was n that era right now. but i would want to be n my 20's then. they need a segment on tv to show where are the 90's rappers at now.

  • In concert before his entourage got to large... extraordinary.

  • @hanno21664. i got a couple of rocker mates and they say exactly the same. the new rap is rubbish apart from lupe whom they love but i have listened to dre with them and one of them told me that illmatic was his fav album! sick! now they come around and i play them mf doom and gangstarr. one of them is now into jazz specifically miles davis so rock on i feel what you are saying. This tune is amazing i totally forgot about this tune.

  • MC Hammer really was the man back in the day...; and this song was extremely hot back in it's time......if only we could all go back to enjoy it again. lol

  • whatever dance Hammer did, was the dance you did at local parties. Real talk

  • hello all, heavy metal fun here and until i die BUT, BUT let me say this i grew up in the 80's and 90's and i will set the record straight I WILL take old skool hip hop any day of the week and twice on sunday i am proud to say i grew up witnessing the music magic and i regularly listen to old skool as often i as i can. i tried to really did try to get ino the new hip hop, but i just cant. not disrespecting anyone here but please bring back old skool again !

  • Yet simplesnip3z simple ass viewed this vid O_o

  • cant front wasnt a big hammer fan....but he got props for dis one.

  • This is complete and utterly stupid. I don't like rap initially, but this is pathetic.

  • The dance moves from back in the day were a cardio workout. Who needs P90X,Zumba and all those other workouts. Just play late 80's and early 90's rap and do the dance routines. Guarantee you will lose weight FAST. Lol!!

  • @faaifo Man, you aint lying at all. Damn, remember when we did the running man? LMAO!

  • I hella remember this video!

  • Parliament reference? Maybe Hammer ain't so bad...

  • CLAAASSIC..."Hammer, You aint hitting in New York....so wus chu gown do about that HAMMER!!"

  • "MC HAMMER THE BEST"

  • 28 HATERS FROM NEW YORK LOL

  • I remember this video the first time I seen it I said to myself when it came out this is fresh too def, Lol Hammer did his thing back in the day and made it happen you can't take that from him. Hammer is a true hip hop legend.

  • Was such a unique rapper & entertainer...He put on an extravaganza in shows and did what no other rapper/hip hop artist has ever done. Regardless of those who said his lyrics was soft...(its all about the message & what the particular artist was trying to say)----Hammer had a different message, it was for everyone. He was most positive artist to attracting young people. I was one of those young people. to each is own, I was a true Hammer fan.

  • Don't know what he was doing on the dance solo. lol Still was a good song though.

  • Word!! Word!! Word!!!!!!

  • People can talk all the trash they want , Hammer brought performance back to hip hop during a time when it was gone , like it is now !! I'm from a time when Hip Hop was break dancing and having a good time .In the start of the 90's , it was about being gangstas and going HARD , younger people forgot where it came from . Hammer brought it back ! If only he stayed ! Now again , it's back to NO-TALENT rappers who only talk about whores and money, if they can rap at all ! We need another Hammer !!

  • i did like 30 % of these dances back then.....complete awesome stuff!!!!!!!!!!

  • "Say to the Master and I will teach Thee"

  • Funny how when I see the Raiders on TV. I call them the Oaktown Raiders.

  • work dat chit hammer!

  • WORD! xD

  • Best song MC Hammer EVER made! Had he stayed real like this he may have still had a career. Now he's dissing Jay-Z to get people to even notice him. What a sad fall it's been!

  • At least Hammer made no bones about his act. He never tried to act like he grew up hard to get street cred.

  • Man, is that dude in the Sailor suit Larry McCoy, the guy that played ST. Louis on the players club?

  • Man this was a lot of fun to listen to...oh and it still is.I'll rock this joint right now.

  • I you listen to Hammer back in the Day, he was battle rapping.. He had to defend who he was, and he crushed alot them rappers he talked about..

  • LOL.......When I was a kid, I swore I would grow up to be a MC Hammer back up dancer!

  • still my favorite!!!

  • He was the best performing rapper ever. He gave the audience a show. Rappers these days just walk from one side of the stage to the other, thats it. Now, his lyrics needed much improvement, but he could put on a show.

  • @74mackd

    I agree

  • I remember the first time I heard this song. He performed this on the Arsenio Hall Show-what an amazing performance!

  • I remember the first time I heard this song. He performed this on the Arsenio Hall Show-what an amazing performance!

  • This was back when we could get a good workout without actually trying. They don't make dance moves like this no more.

  • Anybody can do the Dougie, To do The Hammer you have to be in shape! One song is a cardio tester.

  • Hammer was lyrically laughable but that man had the dopest attire ever and could certainly perform. But, Jay-Z is the baddest MOFO in the 'Rapp Game'.

  • I will never get tired of watching this video. Baddest MOFO to ever grace the Rapp Game....HANDS DOWN. If you challenge this statement tell me who was/is better. Be real.

  • 27 people out there think Soulja Boy is real hip hop!

  • Respect to hammer, i aint mad at ya for going commercial and stacking chippers, U put it down, and this song proves it

  • Hip hop needs you back!!!!

  • I remember my 5th grade teacher LOVED him! awesome moves MC Hammer!

  • If you do at least 5 MCHammer Videos back to back ( and I mean do every last dance move!) You would've done the hardest workout you every did in your whole life!!!! and just to think we did that just for fun!! cus you had to do Hammer's Moves at the next paper Boy!!!

  • My first concert was MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice & En Vogue. I cannot believe how awesome Hammer was live! That man was a phenom!

  • Dis the hype shyte!
