@jordan2921 metabolism does not build muscle...u can be obese and only way 115. All obese more is an excess of fat. so if u dont workout/ play sports u could LOOk skinny, but you could still be fat... unless u play sports i would be worried.

@joepower1234567890 You need to have done Smoking Kills of course and the requirement to wear it is 35 Slayer and 10 Defence. And also 55 Crafting to make the Slayer helmet.

Be warned that you need to get past some tough monsters to reach Kuradal.

Nowadays I use Chaeldar and Duradel as Chaeldar is easiest to access and then use Duradel for bonus.
