considering that the people behind this technology had unlimited resources and time on their hands, I know enough about electronics to be personally convinced.

Just tinkering I could easily build something similar.

In fact, you could build a preamp type low powered system to exercise your own abilities and very well bypass needing the high power system after a couple years of daily use.

Yes, of course. I don't know a lot about electronics. But I've read books about radionics and I can say you that the experiment of taking photographs of the thoughts, has been made several times before the Montauk Experiments.

Basically Preston is working with non-electromagnetic waves (Pure potential waves, Magneto-Dielectric waves, Scalar Electromagnetics...

Read a book called "Scalar Waves" of Konstantin Meyl and the books on radionics of George De La Warr. Radionics is like "Scalar Wave Radio" so anyone can interact with the mind. The field that studies the mind and electronics is called Psychoenergetics or Psychotronics. That people with a really high amount of money and resources, can do that. I'm sure.

Look also the videos of Jose Delgado. That Spanish researcher studied a lot about the connection about mind and electronics.
