@BrandonxIsRad No, he has wrecked Gordon multiple times over the years. The Las Vegas thing was nonintentional. Gordon doesn't take shit from anybody. If you're going to hit him, he'll hit you back, and that's what makes Gordon one of the greatest racers ever.
@MrElculver2424 Matt wrecked Gordon at Bristol once by accident, not to mention Bristol is a short track and there is going to be bumping and wrecking and all that crap. But to wreck people at Speedways that's a different story. Both great drivers, I'm not trying to start anything, I just think Matt should get a little bit more respect, considering he is a reigning champion.
I watched that race live, Gordon should have won. He also should have won at Pheonix, and at Texas but Stewart spun him out. He probably deserved to win at Talledega too but Johnson got him. To all of you 48 fans out there, keep in mind that Gordon has 4 championships too, he will always be my favorite driver.

Matt has wrecked Gordon many times within the past few years and Jeff has a reason to be upset. I have never seen anyone wreck the same guy that many times, ever, just Kenseth.
@MrElculver2424 Well, let's also remember another rivalry: Denny Hamlin vs. Brad Keselowski. I think this was also how Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart used to be for a while. Jeff made a great point though, when anyone hits him, he's gonna get them back. I think the saying in NASCAR is that when someone gets you, you gotta get them back twice as hard. Matt's one of the biggest babies in NASCAR. I think Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin are the only ones bigger.
this rivalry is one of the unsung ones of today. you never hear about it compared to busch and harvick, kurt busch and johnson.
